Everything was good. We had a great time Only thing you need to deep clean. There were spider web in the kitchen light. I didn't noticed till my 12 years old niece noticed. She scared of spiders. She was checking everything. I did take a picture of spider web if u like to see.

Balcony furniture was awesome, very comfortable. We spent a lot of time out on the Balcony. Beds were a little high for a person who is only 5ft 2 inches and my mom who is 5 ft. Otherwise Condo was perfect

The property is very nice, however there were a couple of issues. First off the refrigerator was already small but when you opened the door in the refrigerator side, all of the shelves on the door were missing, reducing the storage space greatly!!! Our group of six adults brings food and cooks each evening. The small refrigerator space dealt us quite an issue. Second, we are all over 65 and my husband and I stayed in the bedroom with the bunks. It was a nice room, other than the carpet being old. But we struggled each night to get on the high bed. I am not exaggerating when I say, you needed a step stool to get in bed. There used to be an ice machine in the unit, but it has been replaced with a cooler. An ice machine would have been so helpful. And lastly, the toilet in the second smaller bedroom was rigged to flush without a chain. Meaning the metal piece was connected to the lever and then went straight to the ball without a chain, making it very difficult to flush. On the third day the toilet began leaking and we had to call maintenance. They were kind, prompt and made the repair but noted that they were not plumbers and that it really needed to all be replaced.

Great place to meet everyone’s needs in the family!

Great place to meet everyone’s needs in the family! We traveled with our five college students and it was a great place for everyone to sleep, have a bathroom, and rest. We picked up groceries from Walmart and ate at The Gulf (twice). Everyone can go to the beach, pool, workout, etc whenever they wanted without us all having to go together, if we wanted to do separate things. Add 5-7 min to your travel time to take the elevator and get out of the parking garage.

Relaxing Condo

I felt at home! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, lots of pots/pans and place settings and enough supplies to get us through a few days. Lots of space for family members to enjoy. The views were stunning. I really appreciated the outdoor sofa!! One reason we chose this unit is because it didn't have a "tall" outdoor table. My 84 year old mother isn't able to sit in those chairs so she would not have been able to sit outside very easily. I also don't particularly like sitting at a "high" table on the patio because it isn't relaxing. Again, the outdoor furniture was wonderful. We had a wonderful stay.

Fabulous rental

This resort was just perfect! We traveled with 4 adults and two 14 year old boys. They had something for everyone. Our condo had 4 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The main family room was very roomy. The view on the balcony onto the beach was gorgeous! We loved all the different pools. Loved the secure covered parking deck. We would certainly rent this unit again.

Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing time while staying here. The condo provided more than enough room for four adults and three teenagers. The patio and view are stunning. Every room and bathroom was clean and spacious. We will definitely book again for our next visit.

WOW!!!!!!

This property did not disappoint one bit. They provided more than we expected. I wish other condos/short term rentals could see this property and take note on how to provide a wonderful experience. They thought of everything down to the smallest detail. BEAUTIFUL view and the location was EXCELLENT! Stayed here for 9 days and didn't want to leave! If I could give it 6 stars, I would! WOW! We are most definitely staying here again!! I appreciate it not being decorated too "beachy" like most people tend to do when you're staying on the beach. I would 100% recommend this property to anybody that wants to come and enjoy what Orange Beach has to offer!!

Great condo with perfect views.

The condo was gorgeous. The views were perfect. We could go out in the morning and see sharks, stingrays, and dolphins. It was the perfect size for my party. The only complaint I have is the beds were pretty uncomfortable. The bunk room king bed was uncomfortable and very noisy. The bunk bed queen was comfortable. The master king was very very firm. Other than that it’s a great condo. Upgrade mattresses and it’ll be perfect.

Beautiful property

Even better than the pictures can show. Owner/Manager did an absolutely perfect job in cleanliness and comfort. Everything you need to vacation. If there is only one imperfect point, it is the size of the condo complex, which means at peak season there are a lot of people there. Being on the 23rd floor, it takes awhile to get an elevator during busy times, i.e. getting back up to the condo or down to the beach at the end or beginning of the day or during peak check in times. But, most people are very friendly and accommodating. We all complained a little and joked a lot about the wait. Issue easily solved by avoiding the busy hours. The overall complex is very nicely done. The view from the balcony is amazing, perfect for viewing the ocean and early morning wildlife in the water such as dolphins, rays, pelicans, and even the occasional small shark. Of course they all disappeared when the beach-goers arrived. It was truly a great place to stay! Every one of us loved it!
