Nice unit with a few more details

Kitchen had no pantry. Food distributed in available space in cabinets all around. Needed more utensils, grater, small knives, crock pot, etc. .Beds all too high for me and no step stool. Double room beds full had a large chest in the walking area between two beds. Needs to be removed or put on a wall not needed to pass through. I knocked the skin off my arm walking between chest and beds.Barbara Cook

Great complex!

The condo was well appointed with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the on site pool, sauna and spa. It's a large building but he elevators are fast so getting around was easy. The entire complex is clean and kept up nicely. We will be back!

Perfect Condo, Perfect Location

My family and I stayed here last week, 10/14 to 10/20. It was our first time visiting Orange Beach, and we are so happy we chose this place to stay because it was amazing all around. The check-in process was a breeze; a simple text and then you get a door code to enter the condo. Once you get inside and into the main living space, the view out of the floor to ceiling windows is spectacular overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Gulf. As for the accommodations, the unit was perfectly clean and ready for guests. Absolute essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and even hotel-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner are all provided. The beds were all comfortable with high quality bedding, and all of the bedrooms have their own full private bathroom. There's a very nice couch and chairs in the main room along with a large TV. There's satellite TV provided, but I brought along our Apple TV and plugged in to watch streaming services at night. I should also mention there's a wet bar with a built-in ice maker that is always filled with a ton of ice, so that was great to have. Then there's the balcony. It's a very large balcony with an incredible view, and there's a large couch, 2 large chairs and then some patio chairs as well. It's the perfect place to have coffee or a glass of wine. The pools, hot tubs and beach are all amazing. I highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Orange Beach. You won't be disappointed!

Great Condo

The condo was spacious for 6 kids and 2 adults. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked about like every other condo. Family loved the condo and amenities The security and covered parking was an added bonus. You do have to go down early to get ocean frontage but everyone was really nice. Only had an issue on Sunday around checkout with getting elevators. The cell reception was an issue a few times but that wasn’t the condos fault.

Amazing stay, amazing views, amazing amenities

Loved this place, tried to book another week while I was there - just didn't want to leave. The views were amazing, the proximity to the beach was great, and the condo was so nice. Communication and instructions were very clear and thorough -- that made it a breeze getting there and checked-in. Only downside, which wasn't a huge deal was listing description mentioned a wii but we could not find it anywhere, kids were a little bummed out but got over it playing at the beach everyday. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Good Experience but dirty pools

It's a great property and very large. The unexpected elevator lines (sometimes 20 minutes) were a surprise. The swim load is tremendous and the main pool was heavily chlorinated and cloudy. It's probably impossible to keep it clear and save with so many people. Good experience but just expect those two things.

The conveniences and location were great. Enjoyed our condo. Plenty of room for everyone. My only negative is the wait time for the elevators especially at peak times otherwise we had a terrific time.

Great vacation!!!

Everything was wonderful and one of the teens forgot their Apple Watch and the cleaning people immediately told the company and they contacted me and arranged to have it mailed back to us. Excellent people. The only complaint in the building was the elevator wait times to get up or down. Everything else was wonderful!!!

Perfect!

This condo was perfect! I’ve stayed in a lot of condos on this property because Phoenix West II is my favorite place to stay in Orange Beach. It has something for everyone. No matter the weather, there’s something to do here, and it’s directly on the beach with a short boardwalk to the beach. This condo was the nicest condo I’ve stayed in on this property (and alive stayed in a lot). It was exceptionally clean, well-decorated, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the balcony furniture was fantastic. The view is great! I definitely will look to stay in this condo again!

Beautiful condo and view

We enjoyed our "girls weekend trip" immensely on first walk through a lot of oohing happened. While only 3 of us came we could have easily and comfortably brought our spouses and kids, we just didn't want too. The balcony view was striking and the lounge furniture was perfect and the real reason this unit was chosen.

Great weekend

We were there for the Big Beach Marathon weekend. The whole condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, everything you needed. The extra ice maker was nice. The bathrooms were very nice. The balcony was spacious and lots of furniture and we enjoyed sitting out there. The amenities in the building were great: we swam in the pool, and sat in the hot tub, checked out the fitness room. The garage was dark but we managed it. The mirrors on each corner helped. When we had a problem; we called the management company and it was solved very quickly. The Flying Harpoon restaurant across the street was good. The Cactus Cantina was also very good. We spent time in the Gulf State Park; very nice state park.

This condo at Phoenix West II was spacious and super clean. Great location on the beach and the condo is beautiful. Couch on the balcony was a plus. No issues during our stay and enjoyed the condo.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was as advertised, clean and spacious with great beds! The views and the sound of the waves is perhaps the best part though! The facility is nice as well, I was concerned about being on the 20th floor and waiting for elevators all the time. Unlike most public elevators though these were fast! And there was 6 of them so we never waited more than a minute for an elevator. Parking was easy as well and we never had trouble finding a spot. The heated indoor pool was not real warm but it was adequate. All in all a great stay in a very nice condo!
