Everything was perfect, wonderful view. My only recommendation would be move the couch that has it back to the wall of windows so the back it to the kitchen and move the two chairs to so they have their back to the dining table. What a beautiful view, why block it. I will be back and will share this place with my friends and family

The view was AMAZING!! Everything was well cleaned. We loved the decor and the spaciousness of the condo. The couches are out dated ( a little stained & not terribly comfortable). The TV is old with three remotes and a guide about how to work it properly. Bring your own pillows, all of theirs are FLAT!We visited for the week of Thanksgiving and checked in the Sunday before. The indoor pool was closed for renovations ( which would have been nice to know before the cancellation period) as well as the indoor hot tubs. They were supposed to be open by Tues., but it figures, weren’t open until Thanksgiving Day.By Weds. the place was a little less than half full, but they have a serious elevator issue. It is BAD!! Six elevators, less than half full, and waiting about 10 minutes! My husband and son got stuck on one, and said it froze up. I talked to another woman who said her grandson got stuck and was scared to death. We saw several very frustrated parents saying “ We have never had to wait so long for an elevator.” I CANNOT IMAGINE the frustration & total chaos it must be when this condo is at full capacity. Also worth a mention, there are two “adult” hot tubs on the 14th floor. One is decent, the other is barely warm. We were fortunate to get in the “warm” hot tub on Sunday night, but after that, forget it! There were people waiting in lines and it literally smelled from all the sweat and booze cans. Would NEVER stay in summer! Honest review!

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Oasis on Romar/Orange Beach. Our rental company, Alabama Getaway Beach Vacation Rentals were very responsive to any & all inquiries and all communications were timely and informative. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed during our stay but the remodeled version will be very nice. The Beachside Café & Bar was closed during most of our stay being the off-season, but their breakfast burrito, flatbreads, and the famous Bushwacker were great. We loved all of the amenities, beach access, and location. We'll definitely be back to enjoy more sunsets.

Best condo we have ever stayed in! We really loved this condo. Was so clean and fresh when we arrived. Had everything we needed. Even extras like beach toys and beach umbrella. The management was very easy to communicate with via text for anything we needed! This is our second stay at Oasis and this condo is our favorite!

Orange Beach

Our room was filthy when we first checked in. Alabama getaway did send someone right away to change the sheets and someone the next day to reclean the room. It took us 2 hours to get to our room because there are only 6 elevators for the 32 story building. What we did love was that it was fully handicap accessible except for the balcony. We will not stay again though

Our stay was good. Two things would have been better. First, the condo was a three bedroom with a king bed and two bedrooms with two queen beds. This was not true. One of the bedrooms only had two double beds which caused a problem for my son and his kids. Secondly, there aren’t enough elevators for peak times. We waited one time for 35 minutes to catch one that could accommodate us. Other than those two things, it was an enjoyable time.

Good Location and Spacious, Needs Updates

The condo itself is spacious, but it needs some updating. The master bed is very old and uncomfortable, the bed frame it sits on just skids across the floor. The door to the balcony was not on its track correctly, so it was incredibly hard to open and close. Underneath the sink had water leaking from somewhere but we couldn't find the leak. Underneath the trashcan looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There was sand on the floor so you had to wear shoes the whole time. We had to spend over 100 on hand soap, dish soap, paper towels,garbage bags,toilet paper, etc. The balcony was nice to sit on, we spent a lot of time out there. The pools and other amenities outside the room were very nice. Parking was also hectic because at least four floors were closed off. Overall, it worked for what we needed but probably wouldn't stay at this location again.

Absolutely beautiful

Exactly as advertised. The unit is prestine and has everything you need. Location is wonderful and the view is impeccable. Was able to get in touch with the host quickly with any question I had and that alone was amazing. We cant wait to come back one day!

Great condo but horrible master bedroom mattress.

It was nearly impossible to sleep on the mattress in the master bedroom. It was quite worn out and very lumpy. Overall, this was an excellent condo in a great location. Fix the mattress and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything here was amazing. After paying for the stay the amount for a car tag was ridiculous. For example for 3-4 vehicles we were looking at the cost of a night stay. The fees added can be ridiculous I would assume parking would be included.

Had a great time! Condo has beautiful views of the ocean, very clean and responsive hosts. Work being done throughout the property, love to see them investing to keep the entire building top notch! I would highly recommend.

Extended our stay for Granddaughter’s wedding in Fairhope by adding extra days at the beach. Loved the location, easy to travel to local restaurants, Walmart close for groceries, beach was beautiful and just for residents. Traveled through Gulf Shore state park to Foley and Lulu’s. A must! to Luluspark

the master bedroom

it was a little disappointing . the bed in the master bedroom was a huge disappointment.. the living room furniture was not comfortable .. for the amount of money i spent you would think they would have at least a good mattress... i guess its the norm these days..... no one cares anymore
