    Two parking passes are allowed with your reservation They are $33 each. Your parking pass(es) will be located on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

We enjoyed our week at Breakers 44! Everything was clean, stocked with everything you would need for your stay! Communication with host was great thru the whole process. The view is amazing and it just felt like home for the week!

This is our third year staying at The Breakers, and our second year staying in this specific unit. We will be coming back for many more years to come! The property is a hidden gem and the whole experience is amazing from start to finish. Our little family couldn’t love this spot more!

Family Vacation

We vacationed for spring break with our three kids, 5 - 7yo and the Breakers 44 was perfect. We loved the location right on the beach, the condo was so comfortable and made a great home away from home for the week.

The best! I’ve stayed in other condos at the Breakers and this is my favorite. Everything was great. Nice clean furniture, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Hoping to stay here again next year!

This was a beautiful location and condo. You wake up to see and hear the waves. It is centrally located but the beach access and views are amazing. It was very clean and completely stocked. We will be back!! Thanks

Great place!!

The place was very clean and ready for us, I was impressed. The unit is newly remodeled and was just as it is in the pictures. Very centrally located, could not have asked for a nicer stay!

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful and well maintained condo. Very clean and comfortable. The view of the beach is amazing. We will definitely be back again. The Orange Beach, AL area is a lot of fun.

Very clean and spacious. There is no ice available on the property but liquor store & gas station directly across the street is convenient. There are only two small carts to haul luggage/groceries to your room and they were always taken or never returned to the ground floor. Despite those inconveniences, we appreciated the short walk to the beach, easy parking and no waiting for elevator. We would stay here again versus a larger property like a phoenix.

Wonderful stay! The place was very clean and nice! Top notch! The location was perfect as well!! Walmart and stores basically across the street. I like that the facility was smaller so there wasn’t a wait for the elevator. Parking was easy and convenient too!

Our condo was everything we could have wanted for our family of 4! It was clean and well stocked! The condominium has very easy and close access to the beach. There are many wonderful amenities close by such as multiple grocery stores and restaurants. We plan to stay in the same condo again next summer! Highly recommend!

Condo was very clean, updated, and well maintained. Great location with a Walmart in sight and right on the beach. We were on the 4th floor with the balcony overlooking the beach.There is a damage waiver added in the cost that seems should be refunded if there wasn't any damage and parking fees for 2 vehicles (which we only had one). I'm not happy with paying parking fees anyway when you are staying on the property. The other fees added are understandable.It is a great place to stay and has all you would ever need.

Just Right

Unit was in small complex which was a HUGE plus. Right on beach excellent views. Not one thing about the whole place was negative Honestly, we’re not complainers about accommodations. But some people just look for the tiniest things to complain about. I DARE someone to find something wrong with this rental. Modern and well decorated Will definitely be going back
