We stayed in this house with our family of five, my brother's family of four, and our mom. It had plenty of room for all of us. The kids (age 8-17) loved the "bunk house" a This townhome is part of three houses/townhomes. We were lucky that the other houses were occupied by families for most of the visit (until the end when some spring-breakers came into the units, but were not obnoxious at all). The pool is not directly in front of this unit (Sea Salt West 4), and we preferred it because it gave us more privacy while still allowing us to use the beautiful pool area, which is just a short boardwalk to the gorgeous beach!We had multiple minor issues with the house while we were there, but the host company was very quick to respond and resolve the problems. A couple of notes:–The house has a fabulous air conditioner, so don’t worry about being cool enough while in the house.–The house comes with chair and umbrella rental- which is awesome! A guy comes and sets up the chairs and umbrella every day and then removes them each evening. This is a great amenity!–We have traveled to many VRBO beach houses around the country. Unfortunately, this house was the least appointed one we have ever visited. The kitchen is missing some important staples, such as salt and pepper, and tin foil. There is, however, laundry soap, dish soap, a sponge, and one roll of paper towels. We were just very surprised to have those basics missing. Most houses we go to have olive oil, ketchup, etc
