Summer vacation with family

The location of this condo was near the stairs in an elevator. The second floor balcony had a great view of the pools and beach. Easy access. The kids really enjoyed the pools… Both the indoor and outdoor pools. The condo is conveniently located to everything you need in the area restaurants Grocery store souvenir shops. The condo was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Our grandson slept on the pullout couch, which was high-quality. Plenty of space for everyone. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the pillows on the beds. We loved our stay would definitely do it again.

Outdated EVERTHING

Obviously the property is under major renovations, we were not prepared tor how much would be still under construction. The unit itself appeared to be clean, but all fixtures are outdated and unit just doesn't feel fresh, way past due new paint and updated kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Expected much MORE!!

205A was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was very nicely decorated, was incredibly clean throughout, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, the beach access was great. The pools were really nice. The indoor pool is smaller than it looks but kids still loved it. Response time to anything was super quick and helpful. Highly recommend.

Easy access to the beach. On the main through fare, though you wouldn't know it from the Beach side. No contact check-in and check-out. All in All a great stay

Boo construction! Beware looks like months of work ahead!!

The condo was updated and nicely decorated. It was the perfect size for my spouse and I and our 4 children (ages 10, 8, 5, 5). The booking and communication was great and we were even able to check in a few hours early. Our complaints were that the toiletries and detergents were cheap. 2 rolls of 1 ply TP for 6, let alone 10, for a 5 day stay is pretty frugal. We had to hand wash dishes after running the dishwasher. The MAJOR complaint was not being informed of the obnoxious, never ending construction noise on their building next door. It was awful!! We couldn’t enjoy our balcony or even the beach in front of the condo because of the horrible noise. It woke us every morning by 7:30 am and continued past 5pm. I understand it’s not the owners fault and it’s off season, but it would have been nice to be informed or a discounted rate. I just wanted to have a cup of coffee and take in the beautiful views and that was impossible!! Given there are so many options around this location, we would probably not stay here again. Also, the grills are basically in the parking lot as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. The tennis courts are across the street. After visiting, we learned we can pay the same or less to have amenities that are on the beach side and on property. We loved our first visit to Orange Beach, but our accommodations were just so-so.

Beautiful condo - great location!

This condo was perfect for our group! We had six adults and two small children. It was beautifully decorated just like the pictures and very up to date! Loved that two of the bedrooms had king beds and the other one had two queens. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice being on the second floor as we could walk the stairs if we wanted to avoid the elevator. The balcony was very large with a great view of the outdoor pool and the ocean. The outdoor and indoor pools were really nice. The indoor pool was great with a very large hot tub that connected to the regular pool so that the water from the hot tub helped to heat it. Very short walk to the beach was nice as well. Our only negative issue was with the thermostat. We could not control it. When we set it to the temperature we wanted, it would not stick and would always go back to a preset temp. Guest services and the owner did try to help with instructions and tried to set it remotely to the temp we wanted, but were not successful while we were there. Unfortunately, we were a little too warm at night which was a bummer. They offered to have a maintenance person come the last full day we were there, but since our stay was short, we didn't want to have to wait in the condo that day for someone to come. Other than this issue, all was completely fine and we would definitely rent this condo again!

Just what the Doctor Ordered

We had a amazing family vacation. The condo was all we hoped it would be. The view of beach was great. We were just a minute walk to beach. It made it very easy to go for a sun rise and sunset walk.

Had a good time!

The condo itself was fine, best feature is the large balcony. We were group of 4 and all sat out together quite a bit with plenty of space. There were always people working on this and that around the complex to keep it in good repair. Easy access to the beach, which is also wonderful. Rented chairs for the week and they were always ready for us in the morning with our name on them. Had some good food at various restaurants places. Scoops Ice Cream is a must! Will definitely keep Orange Beach on our list!
