Orange Beach Spring Break 2025!

Summer House 201B was an AWESOME place for our family to stay for spring break this year. We LOVED the gorgeous views from EVERY room. The sunrises and sunsets were incredible. We also loved being able to walk out to the beach each day for a morning walk, relaxing on the beach during the day, and watching on the balcony to see dolphins!! The location was perfect with some excellent restaurants and shops. The grocery store was across the street too! We even discovered City Donuts which had the BEST donuts ever!! We are so grateful for our week at Summer House 201B. We hope to be back in the future. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. :)

Great Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We have gone to gulf shores/orange beach area since we were children and now we bring our kids every summer. The condo was very beautiful and loved the location. The check in and check out process was very easy. I felt very comfortable with every step of the way from the moment I booked the condo until we were done. Can't wait to see what it will look like once all of the construction is finished.

Perfect local for us.

Summer House was great for us-4 adults. Right on the beach.The property was really nice, updated, nice furniture and comfy beds. Check in was a breeze, all info correct.The building next door was going under major renovations and the guys started early but we had things to do so we were out early. We were told of the construction ahead of time and it still was ok with us as we had family plans. We also appreciate properties being taken care of. Also with the construction our internet cable was cut.We received fabulous quick service from the property management team. Maintenance came and rerouted us to another property until they could permanently fix.We really liked this place.

Much needed relaxation

Condo was clean. Very impressed with the overall communication, check-in and check-out process. Very easy. Had a small issue with drier, it was tended too immediately. Alabama getaway went above and beyond to make sure things went well.

Awesome porch and views

We really enjoyed our stay at the Summer House 201B! The size of the condo was perfect for what we needed. What we loved most was the huge balcony and windows so we could enjoy all views of pool and ocean! Shout out to the ice machine in the condo as well. My only complaint would be I wasn't told about the construction and because of that parking was a pain. Hopefully that will get resolved soon! I hope that the construction is taking place to give the outside of the Summer House condos a facelift... if so I think it would make this review a 5/5!!!!

It was great while it lasted!

We have rented this unit 3 times and it was excellent! Best beach vacations weve ever had. We are a family with an older child with severe special needs. She has down syndrome and severe nonverbal autism. We often have a difficult time finding a place that is perfect for her and her needs, but this place was it! Not only was it very clean, it was also well stocked so I could prepare her special food. She had a room to relax in while giving my husband and I a chance to decompress as caregivers. The sprawling balcony was the biggest blessing! I could sit with her out there, as she loves the outdoors and I could still watch my husband and son enjoy the pool and beach. We always rent in November but the rates for this unit have sharply increased and sadly, it is now way over our financial status. It's going to be difficult finding another rental to replace it. We will certainly miss creating memories here.

Upon arrival, the condo was clean and beautiful!!! Every room had sliding doors out to the patio with amazing views of the beach and pool!! We will definitely be visiting again!

Clean with an excellent view of the beach!

The unit was so CLEAN! HUGE PLUS!! It had all the utensils you would need but it did not have any standard starter necessities like salt, pepper, waters, coffee, etc so be sure to bring those with you. Not all of the outlets worked in the kitchen but it wasn’t a big issue. The beds were super comfy! The expansive deck is nice but summertime it might get a little loud with the pool so close. We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend to others!

We enjoyed the condo and the access to the beach.

The indoor pool was dirty and the children were unable to use it. the condo front door need some freshening up. But we were pleased with the actual condo's comfort and cleanliness.

Perfect beach stay!

The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect! The walk to the beach was effortless. The pool was gorgeous and clean! Our unit’s Patio was unbelievable and the views were outstanding! We were surprised to find the ice maker installed in the kitchen, it was very useful! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the connection to the TV’s, that was a little complicated, but we weren’t there to watch tv so we really can’t complain! We would absolutely stay here over and over again!
