Summer House

It was very nice place, beautiful beach front and view. The balcony sliding glass door needs fixing (very hard to open and close). The bedroom with the double beds could use some new mattresses and the sliding door to the balcony from the master bedroom would not lock. But all in all it was well worth what we paid and the fun we had staying there.

LOVED IT!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was clean, spacious, and the view was breathtaking. We would love to return to this exact condo again. My kids loved the children's books. This was an easy check in and out process. We also loved knowing there was security monitoring the property. Thank you for a great stay!!

Paradise on the Gulf

The unit was very nice, a bit small for 10 people, but we did not stay inside much. The balcony and view were incredible!!! Indoor pool with hot tub were in an outside building in near the entrance and the kids loved it! The outdoor pool was too cold the first few days but warmed up for our last full day on vacation. I love this area, many restaurants to choose from and a Walmart grocery store very close! I would go back!

Great Location!

Love this condo. The pool looked small in the pictures.. it is NOT. The walk to the beach is very short. The large balcony was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would like to see added would be an additional frying pan and a colander. Otherwise, the kitchen is good.

Don’t do it! Go somewhere else!

This place was filthy. The bedding smelled, was very worn. Bed mattresses were old and uncomfortable! We purchased bedding at Walmart so we could try to sleep. We all itched the entire time but didn’t see bed bugs but certain there were. The floor was so dirty we had to wear shoes or wash our feet every night to get into bed. The front of the condo stayed hot including the master bedroom and the back cold. The building is rundown and needs repair. For the money you can find a better place. Needs serious cleaning and new beds, bedding.

To start out check in is 4pm so you waist a whole day waiting on a room to be ready that is not even clean absolutely disgusting the only surprise I have is it didn’t have bed bugs. The fridge was not working so we had to put our cold stuff in the freezer and our coolers to keep them from ruining and took them till 7pm the next day to get to it more than 24hours of reporting it and calling twice appliance guy never showed. Every bed slept like trash (I have a bed in a box that’s going on 5 y/o that sleeps better than the master bed and that says a lot) The fold out bed was so thin and hard and had absolutely no sheets to put on the mattress and the pillows in the closet was so filthy. Double beds springs felt broken and slanted. Mold in the small bathroom and the floor to the tub felt like you would fall through at any second. Don’t plan on washing and drying your clothes because the dryer takes you starting it 10 times to get it to dry. All the patio furniture had mold and mildew all over it. The oven smelt like fish that sat on the beach for two days in the sun. The main sliding glass door was so heavy and needed fixing we had to use the master bedroom door to get to the balcony because there was absolutely no way of getting back in once you closed the main sliding door. Completely not worth what we paid the list could go on but this stay has been the absolute worst stay I have ever had at the beach and I’ve stayed in plenty hotels on the beach!

Wonderful time!

Everyone was friendly and courteous. Beach Ball properties were very helpful and friendly. we are going back next year if that tells you anything. we loved it!
