Unit is very old and in much need of repairs and updates. The kitchen cabinets are so old and gross with paint peeling off. I honestly did not want to touch them. They look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The bathrooms are tiny and outdated with dirty grout. We often did not have hot water….and it was freezing water, not warm. We were at the store buying 500 worth of groceries when we received a call that they were replacing our broken refrigerator. Luckily it was in before we got back but it was tiny fridge from at least 1970 with a broken freezer handle that had to be moved to the side so you could push the bottom door closed. The outdoor rug on the balcony was so dirty and gross we could not go outside with shoes on. Most pans were dirty. The nonstick pan was unusable due to scratches in the surface. Some of the outlets didn’t work. One of the lamps would spark when you touched it. One elevator was often out of order and it might take 30-45 minutes to run up to your room for something. We actually left early because we wanted to feel clean and enjoy the last few days of our vacation at home. You will get a message from the managing company saying they will return texts, but they won’t. You can call the number, but the poor lady answering the call is just looking through a book with information. She has never visited the property and may or may not be able to answer simple questions such as “is there an ice machine in the building?”
