Condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. It was a short walk to the pool and beach. We had a really nice, relaxing time with the family.

The condo was very clean and everything worked. We did use the pull out bed in the couch-it was clean, intact, and usable. We were able to fit all eight people in our party comfortably. Would definitely book again!

Great spot for wedding in Perdido Key

We loved our stay here and were in town for our friend's wedding in Perdido Key. It was clean and as described on the website. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun place to stay

Nice complex, great location, spacious condo for our family's needs. Comfortable bedding, and adequate household supplies. Great pool area with easy access to the beach.

It’s always my intent to give a fair review so I will start with the positives. The price for this condo is comparatively reasonable. It was clean and spacious and the decor was cute. Parking is fantastic and easy and there are always large carts to help with bringing luggage in or out. The main pool is large and there are other amenities including the pickleballl courts. Access to the beach is easy and the views are great. Having said that, we did not find the condo complex to be kid friendly at all. There are no bathrooms at the pool. Which means constantly running up and down to your condo unit. There are no umbrellas at the pool and you are not allowed to have any umbrellas of your own. So, little ones have no ability to get a few minutes of shade. And no snacks are allowed at the pool—which is confusing because there are also vending machines in the pool area. For those traveling with toddlers and young children these are all deal breakers. We have stayed at other Orange Beach properties where these things are not an issue.

Check in was quick and painless. Perfect size for four adults. Kitchen space was great. Quick access to the beach and pool. Beach was clean along with pool. Quick drive to any store and restaurants. Had to play around with TV, but figured it out quickly. Loved the place and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

The condo looked just like the pictures. Nice layout of the condo for us and our group. Two parking spaces were allowed and that is awesome.

Great location a beach front view and shot walk to the neach

Upon arrival found some minor problems but were fixed the following day. Nice place with a beautiful view.

I have stayed at many other resorts down here like the Phoenix's and this one is just as nice for the price. The only issue we had was with parking, but it was resolved quickly.

Clean stay close to beach

Condo was very clean. Right on the beach. Pools were nice. Not enough bath towels so we had to wash a load everyday. Also could have used more eating utensils, newer skillets. Other than that was a good stay for the price.

The overall property was great and great location. The sofa bed was no longer in the property , the handle on the refrigerator was broken on the bottom and most of the pans or dishes that we pulled out were dirty. Other than that everything was great! 😊

We had 8 people and plenty of room to move around. The only thing we wish was better was the televisions were outdated and we had some troubles with them but I was not there to watch tv so it did not bother me.

Pretty good

Had a good stay would of been alittle better if they wasn't doing work on the hotel from 8am-4pm everyday of the stay. It was very loud and sounded like it was above u. The condo was nice the beds was alittle hard, wished the kitchen had a few upgrades and a blow dryer as I'm used to most places having one. But overall good view and pretty clean facility.
