    Step inside to find a beautifully decorated space filled with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the private balcony, where you can soak in the sun and gentle Gulf breezes. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or quick snacks when you're not out exploring local restaurants.

    The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable.

    Seaside Beach & Racquet Club offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, indoor pool, a fitness room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, sauna, steam room, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. The complex consists of five buildings, with the first digit of each room number matching its building number for easy navigation.

    • NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

    • SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

The condo was great! View was perfect! I would recommend a couple of things. 1st the bed is very small...maybe a full size so maybe change the room up so you can make it a queen size bed. 2nd the furniture in the living room.... especially the pull out couch. It is not comfortable at all. It really needs a new mattress for it. Also the recliner and chairs in dining room need to be replaced as the fabric is torn up. 3rd the return vent in the bedroom closet really doesn't need to be covered up with things as it causes the ac to not work as well. PS the return vent needs to clean as it is extremely dusty

It was fun.

We especially liked how close it was to all the places we like to go. This is our 3rd time staying here and have enjoyed it in the past as well.

My niece and I stayed here for the duration of the Sand in my Boots festival 2025 and were very happy with our stay! Check in was easy, the room was clean and exactly as pictured, the location was perfect, and property amenities were great!

The unit smelled like old urine, and the floor was filthy, slick, slimy, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Needs a deep clean. The bathroom was dirty, and if you’re tall, beware. The bathroom is the size of a closet. The kitchen was clean. There was a chair on the balcony that was in pieces. The owners desperately need a new cleaning company. Sadly the day we checked in, 2 of the 3 elevators were down. Scary. They got one of them repaired. The view was beautiful.

Pure bliss

This room was perfect for my husband 1 yr old and I. The kitchen is decently stocked and the room is pretty spacious. We loved being right on the beach with a pool to cool off. The views are amazing from the 8th floor and the property is well maintained.

Great location and condo

We did a girls trip and selected your location. It was clean and wonderful access to the beach. Loved the balcony in the morning for coffee. Pool was nice. Will be back!!!

Seaside Beach & Racquetball stay

Great location on the beach. Comfortably furnished. A couple minor items needed attention and management company was responsive. Internet security was poor. Overall, we were very happy with the facility and the convenient access to the beach.

Overall ok!

Overall the property was fine. I felt that some of the corners were slightly dirty and there was a large ball of hair left in the bathroom- but nothing I couldn't deal with.

A Small Slice of Paradise

The grounds were pretty and well-taken care of. The condo was small but totally adequate for my sister and I. Everything was perfect as far as the view, the balcony, the kitchen was well-stocked. The condo was nicely decorated and we felt we were staying in a small, luxury condo. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was tiny but adequate and the shower was lovely. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation! Oh, and the walk to the beach was one of the shorter ones and we enjoyed the pool as well.
