Very nice condo. Hosts were quick with communication. The condo had lots of nice touches: very comfortable deck furniture and a crock pot for cooking. The unit was clean and modern, would definitely stay here again

What a lovely place. Stayed here with our son and his fiancée for 6 nights. Weather was perfect for the beach. The kids prepared three awesome meals with the well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed pizza from Pizza at the Pass and amazing crab legs and swordfish at Zeke’s. Flora Bama Yacht Club had great po boys.

Spring break

This is a fabulous condo. We have been to the beach many times and this is the nicest condo we have ever booked. Everything was just as described. Balcony is fantastic! This condo is in a great location and is extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice large oceanfront condo with excellent views and large balcony with comfortable chairs, loungers and table with seating for 6. Both bedrooms had comfortable King beds. Condo was clean and spotless. Close to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend

Wonderful Week!

This listing was all it said and more! We were looking for a place on the beach with two king bed bedrooms and this condo delivered. Lots of yummy restaurants within 20-30 minutes. We rented chairs from Ike's on the beach. Best decision!! This beach area is a hidden gem!!!! Best d talked all that we did that.

Wonderful Stay!

Condo was just as described. Huge balcony which was great for us because sometimes we just like to sit on the balcony for hours and listen to waves. The owners were very thorough with instructions for check in and check out - made it super easy. Will definitely be staying here next year!

Awesome weekend getaway!

This property was beautiful and clean. We loved the large balcony with ceiling fans with an amazing view of the ocean! We chose this property for having two bedrooms with king beds and multiple bathrooms since we were traveling with another couple. It was also a great location. Highly recommend!

Great R & R

We love Orange Beach and love staying at Regency Isle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved this condo, it was great for Rest & Relaxation. It was clean and decorated very nicely. The big balcony with ample seating and chairs for lounging were very nice too. Communication with the owners was prompt. Hope to stay here again!

A perfect shoreline location

We loved this spot for its beautiful beach, assigned parking, and well-appointed living space. We were two couples in our 60s, and we appreciated the spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as the large balcony. Condo 811 was very nicely decorated and the owners added some very special touches to make sure we had a great start to our stay. Bedding and bathroom towels were good quality and plentiful. Communication was prompt and expectations/house rules (although quite lengthy) were clear. The unexpected early check-in was a real treat as our flight arrived to Pensacola at 10:30am. We had a wonderful time on our first trip to the Orange Beach area and will definitely come again!

Disappointed with our Departure

We enjoy staying at Regency Isle as this is not our first visit. I was hesitant to book this condo as I could see this listing was new to VRBO. The only reason I left this a low review is because of the unnecessary fees trying to be imposed by the owner. Hours after arrival, we asked where the cleaning supplies were. The owner confirmed there was only a whicker broom to clean with. No vacuum because “the housekeeper brings her own”. This is a BEACHFRONT CONDO. Every time we left the beach all people and items were rinsed and de-sanded using the resort provided showers and hoses. The owner claims “excessive” sand was left and wants to charge additional cleaning fees. This is completely inaccurate. We cleaned as best we could with the single whicker broom provided. We completed the lengthy checklist left by the owner. We looked under beds and behind furniture to ensure nothing was missing or damaged. We promptly alerted the condo owner when there was a water leak with the refrigerator so that damage could be avoided. We tried to be courteous guests, but truly feel attacked by the owner. I would recommend this condo only for older adults who can bring their own cleaning supplies and leave the condo in immaculate condition before the housekeeper arrives.

We love the Orange Beach atmosphere. Plenty to do without being overcrowded. This condominium is just the cherry on top. Fabulous accommodations, beautiful decor, and the owners were very attentive to any questions I had! We hope to stay here again in the near future.

Beautiful view

I have a list of things that made this condo the best. 1. The best location for a condo. Right on the beach with a breath taking view to go with it. 2. All dining places within 10 to 15 minutes. 3. Paking garage spot was very convenient to the elevator. 4. Owners were easy to communicate with and in a timely matter. My mom and I come to Orange Beach every summer for our birthday; and this trip was awesome! We definitely will be coming here again! Thank you
