Very tidy, plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, great view of sound and gulf, lots of family friendly activities - (we did pools, lazy river, pickleball, rented jetski, ate at onsite restaurant - also good); only feedback to owners would be that the bed was a little too firm for both me and my husband. Overall we had a blast.

Beautiful unit in great location!

Needed an accessible unit for my husband & mother for a family reunion. This beautiful spacious unit worked perfectly. A small mixup at move-in but it was fixed quickly by management. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Fantastic Stay! Spacious Condo, Great Views & Fun Amenities! Can't Wait to Return!

Our family had an incredible stay at this amazing condo! It was spacious, well-appointed, and offered fantastic views. The location was perfect— quick walk from the pools and lazy river, where we especially enjoyed the tiki bar. The quick 15-minute walk to the beach was convenient, and the kids loved taking the resort trolleys.We also took advantage of the many amenities, including pickleball, basketball, and mini golf, with easy access to equipment from the front desk. Ed was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return!

Spacious for our family

Ed was quick to respond with communication. My family and I enjoyed our fall stay. It was roomy and met our needs when we cooked at the condo. There is plenty to do on the property with kids and a convenient trolley to the beach.

Disappointing

Check in instructions were inaccurate. Couldn’t contact the host after waiting 3 hours past the check in time. VRBO couldn’t contact the host either. Eventually, VRBO offered a refund and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend booking with this host.

Repeat vacationers

We love this condo so much we book it yearly now. The condo itself is huge. True, it’s a 2 bedroom, but so much room for family and sleeping arrangements. Pull out sofas, air mattress provided (we had little boys so of course they wanted to sleep on a blow up mattress and that mattress itself deserves 5 stars!). The bathrooms are very big. Kitchen was fully equipped and even has a separate ice machine aside from the freezer. The views are amazing. You can see the ocean, but also have an amazing view of the bay and we love to watch the boats come in and out. The balcony is huge. This particular condo overlooks the greenspace as well, which is a big deal for us as my boys love baseball and there’s almost always a nightly baseball game they like to join in on. we love all the pools and slides, usually spend all day there. The lazy river was running this year and it was amazing. There’s a rooof top tiki bar by the lazy river which we didn’t eat at-but excited to see it as an option. Played a little mini golf-clubs rented at info desk. There’s a trolly to take you to the beach, but everyone was waiting for the trolly at the same time so we opted to walk-which was just a short 5 minute walk. You walk past a marina on way to beach-which sells beer fyi! The colbalt restraint is also located on the premises which again is a very short walk.

Overlooking the bay five stars

When we arrived someone had our parking spot 😕 one of the lazy river elevator wasn't working along with 2 lobby elevators. The condo was nice . My favorite was the view from the balcony . The resort has a lot of mechanical problems . The condo was nice .. The primary bed wasn't comfortable emm emm . Some of the furniture needs a upgrade in the living room . (Couch and loveseat) . The artificial plants need to go . A lot of dust . We did have a good time . Just wish it could've been more comfortable . .

Great stay right before the summer rush

We had a great stay at Caribe Resort in unit 401C. The condo was clean and well cared for. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes, so we were able to make one meal everyday at "home" and splurge on other things. I could sit and watch the boats in the bay for hours. We also enjoyed both outdoor pools and the lazy river. For those that need to get some work done, the Internet connection was solid. We were also happy to find a few beach accessories (like chairs) in the master bedroom closet. The one hiccup we had at check in was resolved quickly after a few text messages. We didn't take advantage of the beach trolley, but saw it throughout the afternoon. We drove across the state line and spent one day at the beach at Perdido Key (less than 10 minutes away with free parking and way less of a walk from the car to the actual beach).

Plenty to do with the kids

Very clean unit with that felt very homely and with more amenities that one would usually have at their home. We have a 3 year old and a 3 month so the beach would’ve been a little to much for us, thankfully there is plenty of things to do around the condos where you can keep a 3 year old occupied for three straight days! Defiantly will book again in the future!

Beautiful Orange Beach Condo

The Caribe resort was amazing. It was way nicer in person. The condo was extremely clean and the master bed was very comfortable! We loved the mini golf and the lazy river was our favorite! The only thing I wish we had known was we needed to supply extra toilet paper and garbage bags ! But other than that I highly recommend staying here. There is a lot of things to do for all ages. The host was very helpful with all my questions regarding the area of Orange Beach!

Great room!!

We loved the room it was so spacious and amazing , the fold out sofa in the master bedroom it was perfect for my nephew that likes to sleep with mom. I view was perfect for watching the sunset. Ed was a great host and he made sure that we had everything we needed and texted to check on us too. We will definitely stay again and I would recommend this unit for anyone looking.

Family Friendly to the max

Hands down best vacation for my family. We have 2 boys who like the beach (just a short trolley ride away) but prefer the pool. The caribe kept our boys entertained all day long. Multiple pools & slides, those boys has no problem going to sleep. The lazy river unfortunately was under construction, but it wasn’t really missed as we found plenty to do. The grassy area located just below this condo was busy each night with young kids playing baseball games or a game of catch. We walked the piers and looked at all the fish. Playground (by building B) was pirate themed and my boys loved it. The putt putt golf was fun as well. On site concessions close to the pool (served food, ice cream and drinks) was visited many times by us. There is also a little gift shop in case you forget anything, pool toys, life jackets etc. We were able to walk to cobalts (delicious by the way!!) and noticed a small bait shop located just outside the pool area where we were able to buy more drinks for our ice chest. The entire resort is beautiful, even down to the lobby areas. The parking spot included (we were able to get a second pass as well) was so close to the elevator and was easy to get in and out of. The condo was the biggest condo we’ve stayed in, the pictures don’t do it justice. And the views-just wow. The ice machine in the condo-life saver. Communication with Ed was quick and pleasant, seems like a great guy. 100% recommend and we will definitely be back.
