Right on the beach

A nice little condo with a gorgeous ocean view and so close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Nice view and very beautiful place. My entire family really enjoyed it.

Our vacation was short but we enjoyed our stay! The room was super clean! The view was absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful view of the beach

Property was clean and pictures were acurate of the beach view. Check in was easy and had no issues. Parking was close and staff at front desk were friendly. Me and my family wonderfulstay and enjoyed the beach

Great beachfront condo

The condo is just as listed. It was really cute and clean. Great communication before, during and after. The location is wonderful. We all really enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

Excellent, clean condo

It was perfect for a couple days’ getaway with a toddler. The railings made us nervous at first, but when we saw she couldn’t get through them, we just had to watch her to keep her from throwing things off the edge. Everything else was perfect - very clean, plenty of linens and dishes, great splash pad and pool, easy to navigate. Perfect weekend getaway!

Great Views & peaceful atmosphere

The 9th floor gave perfect views of the ocean. The room is close to the elevators & the parking situation was nice. The $55 parking fee was steep. The staff was very polite & helpful. Check in was easy & they had great security.

Beach was beautiful. Great location Phoenix I tower amenities good. Unit was clean but dated - not newly renovated IMO Lots of wear and tear. Cabinets old, not many glassware/cups available Be aware - 170lb weight restriction on bunk beds

Wonderful condo

Great views, clean rooms and easy access to everything you need. We loved our time at this condo. The views from the balcony were incredible. The condo was a perfect for our family of 5. There is no oven mitts or baking sheets in the condo so bring your own.

The location is great. The beach was wonderful and you are close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The condo was remodeled but the cabinets were pretty old and the kitchen could be stocked better. I pulled some dishes out that were definitely still dirty so I had to clean all the dishes, pots/pans before we used them. Also random but my sister and I were sharing the master bedroom with 4 teen girls in the other room. On our last night at 2am a headboard piece broke and hit my sister on the head, she was fine and we laughed about it later but that could’ve really hurt either one of us if it were heavier. Also know that you have to pay 55 for each parking spot, none are included.

Orange Beach

The location was beautiful and the condo very cute. The guest bedroom bedding had not been cleaned, smelled of urine. I had to wash it 3x to get the smell out. Other than that, we loved it.

My biggest complaint was there was no keurig. Super old school coffee pot which was frustrating. We felt the property was a tad pricey for the size/ age of it of it. The master bed was very comfortable! Great location. Just a few complaints- otherwise it was great!

Orange Beach, AL

The condo and property were clean. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the pool. There only issues we had was that it is not handicap friendly. The walk in showers were very helpful. The issues we had were that no handicap bars to use in showers or by the toilets. The toilets were also very low to the ground. Could use the higher standard size toilets. Also there is no bathrooms by the pool that are on ground level. the have a bathroom by the pool but you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to them or go back to your condo by elevator. Could use some updates at this property. A nice addition to this property that had just opened on the second floor of building #1 was the coffee shop.

First time visit overall good

Had trouble with the plumbing the first night we were there, maintenance had to come and replace faucet valves in the bathroom. Could not figure out how to work the TV and DVD player we had DVDs to watch but could not figure it out, need better instructions on TV operation.

It was ok.

I did not like the wrist band that had to be worn. It took us three different times to check in at desk. First time she told us just to go on up. Second time she told us to come back later she didn’t open till 9 am. It was like 8:58 am.in mean time the security was calling telling us we needed parking pass onwindshield.

Shortly after arriving, we noticed the floor in the main living space was filthy. We called immediately and a very kind lady assured us that someone would be there first thing in the morning. After a no show and getting tired of waiting, I bought my own mop to clean it so we could move on with our day. The other small issues were that the garbage disposal doesn't work which is fine but it would have been nice to know before rinsing dishes on that side and the master bath sink drains very slowly as well. With these small cleaning and maintenance upgrades, it would have made our stay more enjoyable.

Nice property, horrible customer service

The building/pool/area was great. The dryer needs to be restarted several times and the master shower leaks, both are things we could have easily overlooked, but when I was hospitalized while on vacation, my wife and three young children (one being a newborn) needed to extend their stay. The room we had was booked, so she requested another room. They have a minimum stay of three days, but only had rooms available for two. The person she spoke with said that they would check with their manager about waiving that policy to book her for two days in another room. Management refused to budge and she didn't receive a call back until 10:30pm when checkout was the next morning at 10am. This left her scrambling to find somewhere to stay the next day. We will be back to the area and likely stay in the same building, but we will be going through someone other than Beachball Properties. We biked another condo through another company with the same policy that they waived under the circumstances.
