    Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

    1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
    2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
    3. Pets are NOT allowed.
    4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
    5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We had a great experience with Tidewater! The place was clean & it was a great location to get to everything around town. The communication was excellent with the owners & we were very pleased with everything. We will definitely have to come back for another vacation!

Awesome!

Great location, beautiful beach the water was perfect the condo was spotlessly clean we love the balcony watching the dolphins swim the shoreline. It even had a Kuerig coffee machine! Will definitely rent here again .

The condo was wonderful - it was very nicely furnished and true to the pictures. . It had plenty of dishes, utensils, towels, etc. and the supply of books, card decks and movies was a very nice touch! We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!

This property was clean and decorated beautifully . The beds could use a mattress topper or new mattresses (these were a little too firm and lumpy). Other than that, this unit is perfect.

Overall we had a wondering stay! The property was clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Check-in was easy and carts are availabile to unload baggage and groceries. Access to the pool and beach are easy. There were a couple of things that could be addressed inside the unit. The swivel chair is dangerously loose and the hall shower doors were difficult to open and close. We all used the master shower and it was not a huge inconvenience for us. This condo is directly above the pool so it was a bit noisier. Great views and overall a beautiful property.

Beach stay

Great location and nice place to stay, but several housekeeping issues on arrival to unit. There were food crumbs on top and below the coffee table, two appliances broken/not in working order and was told they would bring another coffee pot but it was never delivered to room.

The condo was very clean. On the beach. Had plenty of storage for our items during our stay. The only issue was the hot water didn’t work when we arrived and we were unaware of this until the next day. After two cold showers, maintenance fixed this. If it were something like they keep the hot water heater off, I would have loved a note since there were plenty of notes about the condo. The notes were a good thing. I knew what was expected during our stay.
