Very good communication with the host. The condo was decorated beautifully and extremely comfortable. The sectional couch provided ample seating for the occasional visitors. The patio furniture was extremely nice as well….easy to nap on while enjoying the sun!

2107 was by far the best, nicest, most enjoyable, accommodating condominium that we’ve ever had the privilege of staying at! We will definitely stay in this particular room again, it was perfect! The rap around couch on the deck was perfect for the family to enjoy the view! Besides the white beach, we really enjoyed the lazy river and water slide! We recommend this room to everyone!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was perfect: meticulously clean, so much space, incredible view, and very comfortable. It is as beautiful as the pictures! The beach area is lovely, and the pool areas are very nice with the lazy river, slide, and zero-entry area for babies. Our family was able to enjoy all the water fun, whether in the ocean or pools. The gym was better than even expected and so much better than other condos where we have stayed. It had a full set of dumbbells from 5-60#, a wide range of kettlebells and med balls, a bench, several weight machines and cable machines (including a Smith machine!), and lots of bars for pull-ups and such. These along with the many cardio machines made it easy to start our day with a great workout before heading out to the beach for the day. Highly recommend this place and this condominium specifically, and we would definitely come back again! 10/10

Phoenix West 2107

2107 was very nice, clean and roomy.. Check in was easy. This condo is very well equipped with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Having a 4th bathroom was very nice. The view is great, the kids loved the lazy river and the water slide. Check out was easy as well. March was cool but perfect for our time on the beach. Water was too cold for adults but the kids played in the water.

Our new family vacation tradition

Perfect hardly describes this condo and location. The condo was SO clean and spacious. With four adults and two 3 year olds we had the best time. Our kiddos spent just enough time at the beach to then go to the lazy river, beach entry pool, and ride the water slide 100 times a day. The view every morning was amazing. We plan to stay in this exact condo every year for our family vacay. The one thing I would say that wasn’t an issue but something to note before you go- they only provided two trash bags and one roll of toilet paper/paper towels. For as many days as we were there and as much trash as we produced we needed more than that amount.

Wifi issues

WIFI was horrible! There were three remote employed people in our group, and it was almost impossible to communicate with their employers in a timely manner. Every other aspect of the condo was great. However, the issue with the wifi will be a determining factor for future reservations.

Home away from home!

The stay in Orange Beach was amazing as usual. This was our 1st time at this property but I was impressed. The unit was very clean and neat. The host was very professional and prompt. I have already recommended to friends. Only one thing i didn’t consider was the 50.00 parking charge for each vehicle. I do think this is a bit much considering the price for the rental.

The condo was awesome....very clean, great layout, enough room to comfortably fit our family. Right on the beach with wonderful views from the balcony. Very convenient to great restaurants! Would highly recommend and will stay there again next year!

Awesome Condo with perfect 2-family layout!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach at this condo. Two bedrooms with King beds along with the additional full bathroom, large living room and large balcony all made for a perfect home for the week. We had two families with two children each. The couples were each able to have their own king beds while the kiddos stayed in the room with queens. The master closet is even large enough for a small air mattress for a toddler who needs to sleep near his parents. I only have two pieces of constructive criticism - 1. The mattresses in the King rooms are in DIRE NEED of replacement. I almost removed a star from my review for this but felt like it is something easily fixed. PLEASE REPLACE THE MATTRESSES - it is impossible to get a good night's sleep, especially in the secondary king bed. 2. you need another set of silverware - for the size of the condo and the number of guests it allows, one set is not enough. We were running the dishwasher every day because we kept running out of forks!

Great communication with the manager

It was an enjoyable stay and easy to be in touch for any questions or concerns that arose. However there seems to be a lack of staff. At one point the building experienced a fire alarm, but not a single staff member was visible giving instructions during our hour wait outside. I would suggest someone be assigned simply to that one task of communication. And all condos should have received phone calls with instructions during the alarm, or a staff member with the guests outside waiting.

Like new and spacious

I couldn’t believe how much room this condo had. The living area and balcony were huge and views for days from the 21st floor. I loved that with the new owner, a lot was brand new and updated in this condo.
