Super clean condo!! Well appointed and comfortable. The communication was over the top great! I always pick a corner unit and it feels bigger with the wall of windows. Highly recommend this unit.

This condo was perfect for our group of 10 celebrating the New Year! It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy drinks together. The views were incredible—we loved watching both the sunrise and sunset. The pools and hot tubs were clean and inviting, and the overall property was very well cared for. We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely recommend this condo to others visiting Orange Beach. The host was also super quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The only thing we would have liked to have was a separate beverage fridge instead of ice maker. But I can see the ice maker coming in handy for the summer time. If we could give more stars we would. We will definitely be back!

Killer views, spacious and comfortable

I had 6 adults and 6 kids (infants to 9yo) in my group that stayed. We were very comfortable, condo was clean and well stocked. The views were awesome. Highly recommend

Upgrades needed!!

They condo complex was nice. The view was breathtaking. The condo itself needs a deep cleaning from the chairs to the area rugs. Upholstery and and carpet cleaning is a must. This condo is dire need of maintenence. From the toilets running,to broken toliet seats, to sinks dripping. The doors on the laundry room busted. Dryer does not dry on any setting. Quite simply easy fixes. Just not during our 6 days of vacaction. I did report it but canceled the call. As a group we decided we didnt want the interruptions. Yeah yeah you hear all the time call us for any issues during your stay. Well quite simply if the property was properly managed and manitained we wouldnt be leaving this review. Nor should we be subjected to that. These are easly found items if inspected properly. We are the guest not the inspector or property managers. Check-in was a nightmare. We asked all day where the door codes were? We were well aware check-in wasn't until 4, but we wanted to get our groceries prior to going to the condo. We couldnt do that because we didn't recieve codes until after I messaged them at 3:50 that we still didnt have them. I have been with VRBO since 2011 and this is only the second condo I have ever encountered like this. These are easy items to fix between rentals. For the price we paid we shouldn't have to worry about these things while on our vacation. We still had an amazing vacation. Once these fixes and the deep cleaning is done. I am sure it will be great again one day.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Our family of 10 stayed in this beautiful condo to celebrate our granddaughter’s 21st Birthday. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also plenty of space for family meals together. Very close proximity to shopping & restaurants.

Great family getaway

First we were able to check in a couple hours early which never happens anymore This place is right in the middle of everything. Loved that we could walk to Coastal for lunch or brunch or just cocktails. This condo also had plenty of beds to accommodate our family quite easily. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo 1201 is beautiful and newly renovated with top notch amenities! Owner was nice and accommodating as well as all of the staff at Bama Getaways from the check in process to checkout! The Orange Beach area has lots of friendly people!! We will be back for sure! My family loves the Phoenix! Let’s not forget the lazy River!!!

Great Condo

Condo was great. Very clean and beautiful views. And nicely decorated The property itself I think could be cleaned more regularly such as windows and walk ways. Checkin desk was hit or Miss for checking in and someone being at desk. Unable to use kiosk for parking passes or to get bands. Had to get the next day and deal was not always manned. Condo however was great.

Dream Getaway

Our Phoenix Orange Beach condo is a beautiful property. It is in our favorite location in the Orange Beach area. So close to restaurants, grocery shopping, library, and most favorite of all right on the beautiful beach. The property is very clean a spacious.

Annual Girls Christmas Trip

The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and the views of the beach were spectacular. We’d highly recommend choosing this unit. The views alone will not disappoint. The only negatives were the parking fees for the property and the limitation of just two vehicles, especially when having a larger party. It’s off season and we were the only ones on the entire floor and the parking garage was bare. The other issue was the outlets in the unit weren’t installed properly and therefore it’s a hit or miss if you can use them. All in all…..the good far outweighs those things. And my party still highly recommends this condo.

Lots of Room, fantastic stay

This was a very nice large property right on the beach. Access was fantastic to the beach area. Convenient elevators to each end of the building made it easier than just a centrally located elevator. Only complaint is that the parking fee isn't included in the price of the condo. Having to purchase that separately on top of the other fees associated to the condo ended up making it a bit more expensive than what is listed. However, it was a great experience, nice clean rooms. Not really anything I'd drop a star for. They were very easily reached when asking questions. Fantastic stay.

we make an annual trip with 7-10 ladies in our family every year. great view of beach and beds are comfortable with 4 queens and 2 kings we all slept well unit is a corner with great view! plenty of seating in living and dining area only problem not enough silverware for number of beds Staff was great and quick to respond

Family Vacation 2023

After years of renting beach houses we decided to try a Condo. This was a great choice! The unit was very well kept very clean. Easy access to the beach and the Lazy River is wonderful. The property management was great…always available. Highly recommend !!
