Great property - clean and lazy river is key!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We absolutely love the space. The lazy river is an absolute must. Great views. The unit was very clean with many available. Accommodations inside the home. Very accessible definitely a great recommendation for large families.

Easter Break

Good location, Condo i huge and has everything you need to make your stay fun and easy. Loved the bar area and ice maker. Also enjoyed the large balcony with very comfortable patio furntiture. It is pet friendly and even came with doggie bowls:)

Relaxation and Renewal

As usual, we fully enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owners have supplied everything that a renter might ever need, except for an ice cream scoop. The condo itself cooled down after the first night as we followed the given directions to leave all closets and bathrooms open so that the vents could circulate. The only complaint I found during this visit was that young children and teen boys were loud, boisterous and rough housing during the week, preventing our family and others from relaxing in the lazy rivers. In past years, a guard has at least walked through the pool area to correct such behavior, but not one appeared during our entire week there. I recognize that there us no lifeguard, but for safety sake, some property supervision would be beneficial. In all, we had a fantastic vacation and are already planning to return to this complex. Thank you.

Short Vacation

It rained the whole time but the room was great. The balcony door did not lock but it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything you need in the bar and kitchen. My only recommendation would be to update the cookware. Great quiet place to stay that is reasonably priced.

3 to 4 stars.

Understand that I don’t give many 5 star ratings. That would mean the place was incredible AND cheap. When I get what I expect for the money I pay, that is a 3 star experience. Our condo was very nice but a bit pricey. For the money I might have expected that the bar stool did not have a big tear and the furniture would not have stains. The bath matts needed replaced. We kind of expect this in a rental but it still drops the rating from a 5 star. As far as the unit being as advertised, it was good. The condo was very large with a straight out view of the bay.

Enjoy the float

This is a great property. My in-laws are owners and we rented the unit directly above them. The condo is very spacious. Great layout. The kitchen was adequately stocked-missing some essentials like hotpads for the oven but overall fairly well stocked. The unit was very clean with the exception of the floors-needed to wear shoes to avoid dirty feet. We had infants so it was a concern. The a/c was not very efficient in the bedrooms. The front room and the closets and bathrooms got plenty of cool air but the bedrooms were stuffy. My in-laws downstairs have the same issue so not sure what can be done about that. The best feature of the property is the lazy river. It is so much better than a pool. You can float around all day.
