Great Stay!

We loved staying in this condo with our kids ages 8-1. Super easy parking and walking up to the room, and easy access to the water park. The condo is updated and nice. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors, our feet turned black if we walked barefoot. We wore shoes while inside.

Nice Small Family Rental

The unit is overall pretty clean but the floors were dirty and the couch could use a good cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay with the unit being located right at the top of the stairs from the parking garage. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and the view of the lazy river is great.

Could have been better

Upon checking in, I was told that my room was not there. She proceeded to help the person behind me and made me wait. What she meant was, it wasn’t theirs, since I booked directly through you. I questioned and was told I needed to buy a parking pass, which is what I was waiting for. We had a boat and asked about parking. We were told we needed to pay to park the trailer. Ok. Paid. Put the boat in the water, then found out we needed to pay for a boat slip as well. Never was told that by receptionist. The room, tubs had hair in them. In the master bedroom, everytime water runs in the room above, you hear it, flushing, washing, etc. overall other than these things, it was a nice stay.

Great place and great location

Floors were absolutely filthy. I understand this is a rental, but the floors were filthy. It was gross, you couldn't even be barefoot and relaxed. The furniture had a magnitude of stains. Beyond the cleanliness, the location and place was great. Communicating with the property manager was very seamless and easy. Would not stay at that location solely on the dirt.

Overall a good stay, little disappointments

The property was nice and the condo was overall positive. However, the bed sheets felt like sandpaper which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The hairdryer was broken which made for an unexpected inconvenience and also wish there was more plastic kid friendly dishes.

I have never stayed anywhere that the floors were that filthy. The bottoms of the kids feet were black. We had to were shoes or socks at all time. The smaller bathroom did not have a stopper for the tub.

Enjoyed our time here making memories

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property! My kids absolutely loved how close the condo was to the water slide and pool area. We had minimal issues during our stay and each one was promptly addressed when we reached out to the property manager. My only suggestion would be to invest in a new mattress for the larger bedroom, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable and was bowing on the left side. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

Great time!

Property was clean and comfortable. Great view of the pool. I love that everything in the kitchen has a label. The property manager responded quickly with the one problem we had. Would definitely stay again.
