Beautiful penthouse rental

Although the building that the rental is in, is quite dated and musty, the penthouse rental more than made up for it. Very clean, awesome rooms (especially the master, which was spectacular), and no strange smells. Our family loved it and we all had a great time here. Thank you!!

Beautiful condo

Everything was perfect and the condo was very clean and well stocked. I will say, if you are a tall guy like myself (6.5') the master bathroom toilet isnt really an option bc the size of the room its in. Other then that the place was perfect and would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was just as beautiful as in the photos! You can tell the owners take great care of it! The bedrooms are huge! There were plenty of towels in each bathroom! Getting to the beach is quick and easy! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Experience

My family and I decided to do something different for Thanksgiving this year and wanted to have a family gathering at the beach. The property location was perfect. We had a great view of the beach and grocery stores were within a short driving distance. We did experience some minor inconveniences during the stay: - the hot water ran out relatively quickly. People had to stagger taking showers in order to conserve the hot water - the power button on the TV in the guest bedroom near the kitchen would not power on the TV - the bathtub in the guest rooms were slippery. Would suggest applying some anti-slip pads in the tub. - the lower towel holder in the master bathroom and guest bathroom near the kitchen were loosely affixed to the wall and could not support a towel - would suggest adding an air fryer and an electric tea kettle to the kitchen appliance list.

Awesome Time In Alabama

My first time staying in a Condo on vacation. It was a spectacular experience. I don't think we will ever chose a hotel again for a vacation. The condo was spacious and clean, and beautifully decorated with every amenity you can imagine. The sun coming up from the owner's suite was so beautiful. The showers were just amazing! Good water pressure. A great deck to sit on to begin and end the day. We would rent this again most definitely.

Family Vacation 2023

Our stay at Orange Beach at Phoenix 1 was great! The condo had the perfect amount of space for 9 people that either we could be together or find our own quiet time. Thank you for adding to our very memorable family vacation.

Orange Beach Condo

I'm always looking for the perfect Condo/house for our family. I need 4 bedrooms with queen/king beds and 3-4 baths. This condo had everything we needed. My son and his family took the front bedroom with a nice bath and closet between their room and kids room. Perfect for them. My daughter (7 months pregnant) and husband took the room with 2 queen beds and nice walk in closet and perfect bath. John and I had the huge beautiful master with incredible bath and walk in closet. Plenty of room for our 8 family room. We were beyond happy with this condo. Elevators were no problem and condo was roomy for us. We loved our stay and will defiantly stay again. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo.
