  • This fabulous three bedroom and two bath condo has fun and comfy beachy furnishings and artwork, stunning views of the Gulf and sand, and an excellent location. There is lots of room for you and your guests to sit in the living area, where you will find a large flat screen television, DVD player, and stereo. A kitchen fit for master chefs has updated stainless steel appliances including a flat top range, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. The eating areas include a breakfast bar with three stools, and nearby dining area with a table, chairs, and seating bench. In addition, there is ample seating on the balcony if you prefer outdoor dining. Your large master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, elegant dresser with television and DVD player, and a cozy armchair and table. The adjacent bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower, along with a separate sink area for maximum efficiency. The nautical first guest bedroom accommodates 5 people, featuring a set of bunk beds, twin-size over full-size, plus an additional full-size bed, dresser, television and DVD player. The lovely second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, chair and television. The second bathroom is a great size with a large vanity and combination bathtub and shower. This condo is in the heart of Orange Beach with close proximity to great shopping, dining, fishing & fun!

    *Please note: Phoenix East II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*

    On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
    *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
    For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The whole family enjoyed this spacious condo with an amazing view. My husband enjoyed watching the boats going in and out of the pass. The condo is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was great! The check-in process was seamless. The property was exactly as represented. Enjoyed the views of the gulf and the pools. This is a great location and would definitely return.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was clean, and looked as advertised. My only hiccup was the maintenance man coming to look at the dishwasher at 9:30 PM. He stayed well past 10:00 PM, and we were trying to get ready for bed. Coming that late almost made it feel like some sort of scam.

Great family stay

Spacious, comfortable corner unit. Had everything we needed. Great beach views and access. Some updates would be good in the bathrooms, but no significant concerns with the property. East II is in a nice location. The area isn't particularly walkable given the busy road and lack of crosswalks and sidewalks, but otherwise convenient. We received quick responses from property manager via text, phone, or the service desk next door at East.

Good family rental

Stayed here with my family for a couple of days and the rental was perfect for us. The overflow parking lot was a nice option. Just be aware when they say initial provisions are provided they mean initial - there was a single trash, a single roll of paper towels, a single roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom etc. Also, I believe the listing said there was a queen in one of the guest bedrooms but it is a double bed, not a queen.

We loved our condo! It had plenty of space for our big family and the beach and the amenities were amazing. The only tiny complaint is that the burners on the stove don’t fit in the pans so they’re all lopsided but we will definitely return to this condo again. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Only issue was we were not allowed to use one of the two bathrooms for one of the days we were there. Other than that, location was great.

5 Star - Doesn't Get Better than This!! Perfect Vacation Spot!!

Like beautiful sunsets? Decorator condos? Comfy beds? Fully stocked kitchen? Beaches that are not packed with tourists? Close to restaurants, shopping & entertainment? Book this one! Our Family of 10 folks loved it & we will definitely return. Seems to stay pretty full, so book early!

So Many Upgrades!!! Beautiful condo!!

Always loved this condo, but could not believe all the upgrades this year! New washer/dryer, all new stainless steel high end kitchen appliances, and beautiful new plank bedroom flooring. The whole place is gorgeous from top to bottom! Love it, love it, love it!!

I stayed in this lovely condo in early May with my husband and family. We all enjoyed the long walks on the clean sandy beach as well as lounging by the great pool area. We grilled steaks out there while watching dolphins swimming near the shore. The condo is immaculately kept and tastefully decorated, with all amenities included. It is located very near many fabulous eateries and shopping and I would definitely stay in this unit again, we had such a wonderful time there! time. Had a fabulous time in this very beautifully decorated three bedroom condo! Had everything you needed to cook in the whole time we were there! Wrap around balcony for awesome sunset views! Front balcony too! A fabulous view of the ocean! Fabulous fun, fishing and relaxation! A must see and stay!

GORGEOUS CONDO!!

Wow! What a great vacation spot!! This condo is on the 6th floor - perfect for sitting on the big corner balcony & watching the dolphins, beach & boats on Perdido Pass. We have stayed here before on 4th of July to see the fireworks (directly on the beach in front of you!), but this is the first time in December. The whole area was decorated for Christmas & was beautiful. Weather was outstanding, sunny & cooler so the kids played in the indoor pool & jacuzzi. Condo is gorgeous! Everything you need. Flat screen tvs in all rooms. Beautiful furniture & bedding. Blue, brown & beachy decor comfortable & wonderful!! So much room!! Our family will go back to this condo exclusively!!

Our week in this unit was perfect! Beautifully decorated and well stocked with every item needed to cook or relax. Stunning sunsets from the wrap-around deck. White sugar sand beach was gorgeous. Many restaurants, shopping and even medical clinic nearby. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo!! Look no further!!

This is a wonderful family condo. It is beautifully decorated, it is a huge corner unit with a big wrap-around balcony offering great sunset views. It is directly on the beach but right near Perdido Pass so you can sit on the balcony & watch the dolphins or watch the boats go by. It is a low rise building so there are not too many people crowding the beach. Also, if you go on 4th of July, you get to watch fireworks right from your balcony on the beach below! Each bedroom has a flat screen tv, and the condo has both an indoor and an outdoor pool to keep the kids busy rain or shine. Kitchen is great, bathrooms are nice and the whole place is very nicely decorated. We will go back again & again!
