Beach view was awesome. Condo needs a little TLC. Have stated gere many yrs. But if the cost goes up as i seen for next October i will more than likely look for another condo.

Great location and size! Needed a few repairs but overall was a great stay. Headboard had some major issues - bathroom sink would not drain - oven broiler did not work - rocker lounge chair in LR needs new feet. Wi-Fi kept shutting down and restarting or resetting. Again - great stay and great location and size!!!!

There were a few things that were broken; back door, clog in sink, smoke detector, lock on bottom of bunk bed where paint& tools were held. The dryer is also on its last leg. It didn’t dry very well and made a very squeaky sound making it hard to use at night when we were actually there.

Just a three day get away

Perfect for the two of us. Comfortable bed and couch. Great restaurants very close by. You should think about putting a broom and dust pan some place in the unit. I would have been happy to sweep up the sand we tracked in. Overall, I’d stay there again.

overall a pretty good experience very clean. very considerate by providing sand toys on the balcony. took us at least 10 times to get the oven buttons to work. the dryer is so rusted when we got our clothes out they were stained with rust.

other than the two industrial fans and dehumidifier going from Saturday (we got there Friday) and still going when we left Thursday everything was great. We can't blame the owner for the water leak 2 floors above our unit for the fans and noise

This was our second time staying and it was great. No complaints, it was clean, has a great view of the ocean and you can walk right out to the beach. Perfect for a getaway and hope to be back in the future!

Great spot on the beach

Nothing could beat the view and access to the beach! Being that close was amazing, steps away from a walk in the sand. The patio furniture made it hard to decide on staying in or going down to the beach. There are kitchen items that made it seem like a home away from home. I enjoyed my stay.

Hair all over the shower when we got there mold on the ceilings. The back sliding door does not lock which was a hazard for our toddlers. The pool was a great amenity. There was plenty of dish soap laundry detergent and toilet paper provided. Overall just not very clean when we got there.

Weekend Get Away

Communication is key in any business and this host excels! Any time I have messaged they have answered immediately. This condo is perfect for couples or a family with small children with the built in bunk beds. The low density of this property is very refreshing. We didn’t cook on this trip but noticed the cookware and utensils were nicely stocked.
