  • Summary:

    The condo, which is located on the third floor, has three bedrooms, 2 baths, and is furnished with a large balcony. It’s also located in a prime spot, so there are breathtaking views of the Gulf from the large balcony. The condo comes with a table that seats 6 and two lounge chairs on the large balcony. The inside of the condo also has a full-sized washer/dryer, a well-equipped island kitchen, and a dining table that seats 6. The unit will accommodate up to 8 people, with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, and another queen bed in the third bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.



    The Space:

    Welcome to Pelican Pointe 301, a classic coastal decorated Gulf-front condo located within the highly sought-after Pelican Pointe Condos. Thoughtfully furnished throughout, this third-floor residence blends classic coastal comfort with breathtaking views of the emerald Gulf waters.



    This spacious three-bedroom, two-bath condominium features, renovated bathrooms with granite vanities, full combo bath, and updated fixtures that elevate the overall aesthetic. The inviting living spaces are furnished for comfort and relaxation, making this an ideal home base for families or groups.



    The fully renovated kitchen is both stylish and functional, showcasing granite countertops, a tile backsplash, all new stainless-steel appliances, a double refrigerator, wine cooler, generous counter space, and a large island perfect for gathering, meal prep, and entertaining. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit.



    Step outside to the oversized Gulf-front balcony, accessible from both the living room and the primary suite. Furnished with a dining table that seats six and two lounge chairs, this expansive outdoor space offers panoramic beach and water views ideal for morning coffee, sunset dining, or simply enjoying the coastal breeze.



    Inside, the open dining area seats six, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Tile flooring flows through the common areas, while the bedrooms offer soft carpeting for added comfort.

    Parking Information:

    The HOA allows two vehicles per unit, and two parking passes are included with your stay. Additional parking may be arranged at our nearby office (0.1 miles away) for $50 per vehicle, subject to availability.

Great location and fabulous view of the beach but the unit is in desperate need of an update. Furniture is old and very uncomfortable. Main bed needs replacing. Rentals get a lot of wear and tear but a little updating can go a long way.

First, the pros. The location of the condo was perfect and convenient to restaurants and shopping The view and the balcony/comfort were what appealed to me the most about this condo. My elderly parents and my two adult (early 20s) sons met in Orange Beach for our first family vacation in several years. My dad can’t be in the sun for very long so I booked the condo because of the amazing view and incredible patio and furniture so he could enjoy the beach views as well. He spent the majority of his days lounging on the balcony. The cons. The furniture in this unit is in dire need of replacement or repair. The beds were not comfortable. Knobs were missing from dressers and nightstands. Some drawers did not pull out properly. The coffee table and end tables were well past their prime. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the outdoor furniture. While the view was spectacular, we wouldn’t sit there without first covering the furniture with quilts found in the condo closets. The overall cleanliness was also lacking. While these things were disappointing, we still had a fantastic week together. I just wish the condo had been in better shape for my parents first vacation in many years. One of the recent reviews stated these things as well but I had booked long before seeing their recent review. If these things were updated, I would definitely return to this condo but the current photos are deceiving of its current status.

Great location but Old Unit

Condo building itself was nice. We had a great time but would not stay here again unfortunately. The pool was clean and can’t beat the location of this building. This unit is not in good condition. Mattresses are terrible in all bedrooms. Furniture is extremely old and worn out. Foam was falling out of the recliner. Outdoor furniture was so dirty/moldy we put towels over it before we would sit on it. Tiles missing from outside patio. Floors were not clean and there is a thick layer of dust on decor. Bare nails in the walls. Rust on indoor hardware. This is a corner unit with beautiful views.
