Nuestro apartamento está totalmente amueblado y decorado con gusto. Tenemos 2 grande en la pared televisores de pantalla plana con reproductores de DVD conectados, una mesa de comedor grande y gratuito a Internet. El bar de cabaña de azúcar se encuentra junto a la piscina. carbón BAR-B-Q s están junto a la playa disponible.

    Sugar Beach es conocida como el condominio familiar más en la playa. Communication with Vaughn was fantastic. The condo is not ocean view (you can lean out over the balcony, look to your left and see the ocean) The walk to the beach is super close and convenient, which is the most important to me! We would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for my wife and adult kid. Everything was clean when we arrived. We loved having the bedroom upstairs so the kid could come and go as he wanted. Having 2 showers was perfect!! The walk from our building to the beach was short. Vaughn is a fantastic host! We will definitely be back. We all enjoyed the condo for 7 days!!!

Wonderful place to visit the Gulf - Beach just yards away from one poolside. 4 pools - shaded and sunny spots available - food shack just off of the pool sells food that is tasty and offers a variety at really good prices so you can stay by the pool. Very family friendly (Corn Hole games and tennis court too). Hosts are helpful and friendly. Wonderfully clean. Beach access with outdoor shower. Carts available for use for going up and down elevators. 35 charge saves you for charges for parking elsewhere and for the gas to get there- Worth it - Hosts were amazing

Great spot for a getaway!

Condo was clean and well stocked, pictures accurate. Comfy bed Easy check in. Great access to beautiful beach and pool is a bonus! We will be back! Would definitely recommend!

Great location

The owner was great. He cared about our any concerns we had and was genuinely a great guy! The location was perfect!!! We had a great time at the beach which was super close.

Awesome host

The condo was perfect for a couple. The pools and ocean were amazing and right on the property. The security team was always walking around and keeping an eye on things.

Summer 2021

The best experience! Our condo was clean and well stocked. There were beach chairs, toys, and a wagon! The owner was extremely helpful and available for questions.

Super cute cozy condo directly on the beach with very personable and responsive owner

5 stars! Very personable owner & property manager. Loved staying at this affordable super cute cozy and very clean condo directly on the beach. Complex was very nice too with many pools! Bar with snacks drinks food etc on site beach side under the complex! Very convenient and also everything priced very well!!! Loved this place!!!

Stay at Sugar beach

The condominium complex was fine. The most accurate description by the owner of the unit we stayed in was that it was on the third floor.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. We really liked the building itself—the pool, grills, beach access, and ice/water vending machine were great. The property is family-friendly, and we loved the location.Unfortunately, the Unit was very disappointing. We arrived at our scheduled check-in time to find cleaning supplies everywhere, no sheets on the beds, and hair and sand throughout the unit. The person in charge explained that the cleaning person had been in an accident and offered to return the next day to clean. While we understand that unexpected situations happen, we paid for a clean unit to be ready at check-in, not to have it cleaned the following day after we had already settled in.The unit also needs attention and updating. The decor is outdated, the fake plants were dusty, there was dryer lint throughout the unit, and the downstairs TV was very old and difficult to use.We loved the property and would absolutely stay in this building again—just not in this unit unless improvements are made.

Great Location on the Beach

What I loved was the heated pool and the beautiful beach access. Great location across the street to the Gulf Shores State Park with hiking and biking trails. The construction of one tower is completed and they are working on the last one just outside of the balcony. The noise did not bother us too much. The bed was comfortable. The condo was the perfect size for us. We had a great time. Thank you for letting us stay.

Highly recommend!!

Very pleased with our stay here. Above and beyond clean and very family oriented. We felt very safe and secure just as if it was our own home. Very peaceful and convenient location, we also loved that it has the shack downstairs for food, drinks, floats, sunglasses, and more. Security that works the entrance also furthered our feeling of safety. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Elevators made our unloading and loading easy too. This condominium is well worth staying at - very impressed with the affordable price as well.

Sugar Beach Condo Orange Beach, AL

Nice 80’s-ish beach front property in close proximity to dining & shops. We were there last week of February 2025. Maintenance crews busy making updates to outdoor areas. Owner was very nice & addressed our concerns promptly.Staircase to upstairs doesn’t have handrail to upper 1/3 of the stairs. Having a 5 month old knee replacement made navigating the stairs a bit difficult.
