  • * Este hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en el piso 11 del edificio Phoenix VI en Orange Beach, AL. ¡La vista desde el piso 11 es espectacular! Puedes ver salir y ponerse el sol, botes entrando y saliendo del paso y delfines nadando en paralelo a la playa. Nuestro edificio cuenta con una hermosa piscina frente a la playa con cascadas, una piscina cubierta, varios jacuzzis, canchas de tenis y un gimnasio con sauna.

    Este condominio ha sido recientemente renovado y ha sido repintado de piso a techo con molduras de techo y rieles para sillas. Cuenta con nuevos gabinetes de cocina, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos y está totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario, como tostadora, microondas, batidora, licuadora, platos amplios, vasos y utensilios. Prepare su café matutino con nuestras cafeteras estándar o Keurig o, si lo prefiere, puede ir al lobby para preparar su café.

    La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor Blue Ray con una barra de sonido Bluetooth para ver todos sus programas favoritos y escuchar su música. Hay cable gratis y WiFi seguro a través del condominio. Hay juegos y videos para los niños. Echa un vistazo a la carpeta para algunas sugerencias e información. Y sí, tenemos una lavadora y una secadora en nuestro condominio para que no tenga que traer su guardarropa completo.

Condo was as described on website. The Owner Parking spot is very helpful on rainy days, being inside the garage. Did not have to purchase a parking pass. Having 4 elevators was great, as we never had to wait long for one. Pool was large and spacious.

Fun week

The condo was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The building itself was also very nice, centrally located, and beach access was quick and easy. The pool was very nice too.

Great stay in Orange Beach

This condo unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean with every amenity we needed and the beds were beyond comfortable!! This was in a great location on the beach close to so many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Great Orange Beach Stay

This condo was absolutely fabulous! It was very well appointed and tastefully decorated. It was in a great location and loved that it was on the beach. We were impressed by the availability of multiple good-working elevators as well! Would definitely stay there again!

Great place

We had a great visit to this property. We were a little reluctant because it’s part of Phoenix and just thought it would be overcrowded because there are several of that brand but it really wasn’t. The unit was nice and we’d go back again.

Long weekend getaway for me and my husband. It was perfect! There are lots of restaurants. However, there is a nearby Publix, and the condo has a great kitchen for cooking. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. Check-in and communication were both great. I saved this one to my favorites trip board.

Review of condo

Great place - would have been better if they had a 1/2 bath for the kids that slept on sofa bed instead of them having to use the BR bathrooms. Could use better furniture on patio but overall was a nice place.

The unit is well stocked for cooking and dining. The beach view is perfect. Sheets, towels, and mattresses are old and worn. Other than that, a lovely stay!

Fantastic

We loved it. The facility and unit was very clean. The pools were great never really crowded. The beach is super close. Everything was very convenient. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. My family and I will be rebooking in the future.

The rental process was easy, tge information was very clear. Everything went seamlessly. The condo was very clean, the view was fabulous!Thw only part that was very slightly confusing was finding where to discard our garbage when we checked out. We did find the chute without having to wander too far, but info about where that is located would be helpful.

Happy Place

This was our first time at Orange Beach and we had such a great time. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very nicely decorated and conveniently located. The 2nd bathroom toilet had a broken handle. I didn’t even report it cause I decided we could all use the main bathroom so I didn’t have to deal with it, but we came in one day from the beach to find a note on the door saying it had been repaired. I’m guessing the previous guest had reported it but I was happy to have the second commode up and running. Besides that very minor inconvenience we had a magnificent time and will for sure be returning!!!
