Everything was perfect. Plenty of towels, bed slept very well, kitchen well supplied. Even had chairs and toys for the beach. Perfect in every way.

Condo well maintained and loved porch furniture. Tall chairs! Bed was very comfy. Furnishings in great shape. Ice maker did not work. When complained owner said would buy my ice but said Icemaker “does work” and “just needed to jiggle arm” around. We found arm and as long as stood there holding it worked. But walk away it would stop. I couldnt give more than 4 because of icemaker issue.

First of all, it was our 50th wedding anniversary. A bad wreck on I65 caused about an hour delay. Decided to get an order to go and eat when we got to the room, but another delay cost us about 2 hours getting in the room. The door lock would not operate, had to get a locksmith come and change out the lock. After we got in the room things went great. Room was nice, view was great. Bed and couch were very comfy. Ice maker didn't work but we bought ice for our needs. Would definitely stay again

My family had a great time. Room was clean, comfy, and well stocked. We would definitely book again. My only “complaint” would be lack of space to store your personal belongings. We traveled as a family of 4 and stayed for a week, which made it more challenging due to the amount of items we brought. My husband and I were fine with what was in the bedroom, the kids had little space for their items. We utilized the dinning and coffee table for their clothes. Honestly, we didn’t need them for anything other than that anyways . It’s manageable and not a deal breaker by any means.

This is our second time staying in this condo at Tidewater and we love it! Location is great! Beach is very private compared to others nearby. This is the prefect condo for a couple or small family!

This place is a gem. We truly enjoyed the stay. Everything we needed was at this condo and all restaurants are close and even some within walking distance. We will definitely be back to stay with Dana. She was amazing with communication. We had no issues but I feel if we did she would handle it quickly. Until next time!

Amazing View and Balcony

Condo has a great balcony and amazing ocean views. We spent a lot of time sitting in the comfy chairs taking in the view. Living room is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Bedroom is a little tight but has what you need. The location is convenient to lots of restaurants and the bike trails at Gulf State Park. We enjoyed our stay.

Just what we needed.

Our stay was perfect for our last mother/daughter trip before my grandbaby arrives. Location is great, condo was very clean, the owner texted back right away even though she was on a vacation of her own. We did only have once wash cloth in the condo but luckily I always over pack and brought a few from home. Other than that I couldn’t have enjoyed this place more than I did.

Nice condo, but NEEDS attention

My husband and I did enjoy our stay in this condo, it is a beautiful balcony view and great location. However, this unit requires attention. The unit itself needs some updates/regular maintenance and cleaning. The unit was not very clean, for instance, the bathroom shower curtain/liner had mold on it, and so did the toilet. EVERYTHING in the unit felt sticky. It seemed like the unit could use a good deep cleaning for guests to feel comfortable here. Many of the lightbulbs in the unit were also out and needed to be replaced, laundry room door would not close, etc. Just basic maintenance needed throughout the unit. I'm not one to write a bad review but felt that it was necessary due to the condition of the condo. Again, we enjoyed our stay but felt that some basic maintenance could be done to make this condo much more comfortable for future guests.

Nice place to stay

The location of this condo was great. The view was also great. However, the bed is not comfortable, pillows are very flat (I recommend bringing your own), and the bedroom/bathroom is small. But the living room, kitchen, and dining areas are a nice size. Nice size balcony. The property manager does a great job of communicating with you if you have any questions.

Beautiful beachfront rental

This is a cozy one bedroom beachfront rental. It was perfect for our 28 year anniversary getaway. Very clean and well decorated with a great balcony overlooking the beach. The condo has everything you need such as towels, utensils, dishes, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacay to OBA

We had a great week in Dana and Ed’s unit in the Tidewater! The unit itself was perfect for our family and had so many thoughtful touches that made our stay very comfortable and homey. The location was perfect, gorgeous views from the balcony, great pool area, very clean, quick and easy walk to the beach. This was our family’s first trip to Orange Beach and it may be our new favorite place! We will look to stay here again next time we visit! Thanks, Dana and Ed for hosting us!
