The Condo was very clean, and the view was amazing! I liked that this is a gated place with a security guard on duty at all times. Next year when we return for our event, we will book here again specifically. We loved our stay here!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The condo was nice, the beds were very comfortable, the view from the patio was gorgeous, and the sound of the waves were so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The only thing I did not give 5 stars was the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. There was hair left in the shower of both bathrooms and there was something spilled on the cabinets in the kitchen. BUT, I did not bring it to the host attention because it was something that was a quick fix. Everything else was wonderful. We loved the balcony and direct access. Everything was beautiful inside of the condo and loved that it was so close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was nearby and accommodating. We were met with additional cost for parking, which added an extra fee. Besides only having one roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay, I’d say overall the stay was good. We come to the beach at least 5 times a year and love gulf shoars.

Gorgeous property and perfect location.Only complaint is be prepared to buy every single thing. There’s no spices, no foil, no cooking spray, no detergent, one roll of TP per bathroom, and we ran out of trash bags bc there were 3Maybe we’ve just been lucky as all other places we’ve stayed had those items.However, will absolutely return and just get more prepared :)

Great Condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in July. The condo was clean and well decorated. We were close to everything that gave us the opportunity to dine out or cook a meal in the kitchen. The family enjoyed relaxing and eating breakfast on the large patio in the mornings. We would gladly stay here again.

This property was fabulous! Exactly as pictured and spotless! We loved the deck furniture - perfect for our family of 6 for both relaxing on the sectional and eating dinners at the table. Pelican Pointe’s location is great and family oriented. We cannot say enough good things about Lina - her communication was prompt and friendly. We highly recommend this property and will be back!!
