Everything was nearby and accommodating. We were met with additional cost for parking, which added an extra fee. Besides only having one roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay, I’d say overall the stay was good. We come to the beach at least 5 times a year and love gulf shoars.

Gorgeous property and perfect location.Only complaint is be prepared to buy every single thing. There’s no spices, no foil, no cooking spray, no detergent, one roll of TP per bathroom, and we ran out of trash bags bc there were 3Maybe we’ve just been lucky as all other places we’ve stayed had those items.However, will absolutely return and just get more prepared :)

Great Condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in July. The condo was clean and well decorated. We were close to everything that gave us the opportunity to dine out or cook a meal in the kitchen. The family enjoyed relaxing and eating breakfast on the large patio in the mornings. We would gladly stay here again.

This property was fabulous! Exactly as pictured and spotless! We loved the deck furniture - perfect for our family of 6 for both relaxing on the sectional and eating dinners at the table. Pelican Pointe’s location is great and family oriented. We cannot say enough good things about Lina - her communication was prompt and friendly. We highly recommend this property and will be back!!

Awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Viva La Mar. Loved the color scheme and décor. Excellent view. The property is well maintained, quite and peaceful. Very helpful that there were carts to assist in getting gear from the car to the condo. Check in was great. The condo had everything you could want to cook and enjoy yourself. Truly a fantastic place. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the gulf coast to consider this location. Lots of sleeping space and multiple bathrooms, awesome layout. Communication with host was fantastic, very responsive. Overall a great experience and definitely the highlight of our trip.

Spring break trip for our girls

My daughter, her best friend and her mom and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo.It was very nice, roomy, clean, modern and beautifully furnished and decorated! Centrally located to restaurants, Walmart or a quick late night ice cream run. Minutes from The Wharf for shopping. Easy walk to the beach. Would 100% love to stay in rhis exact condo again!

Great, but limited beach service

The unit is lovely, well- furnished & very comfortable. Fantastic balcony with tge most comfortable furniture we’ve ever had (& we come to the beach at least 3 times a year.). Our only disappointment was when we went to the beach to rent chairs & umbrellas: The HOA for this high-rise only allows the beach service company to rent out 8 sets of chairs per day (i.e., seating for 16 people only) and he’d reached his limit. Everyone else had to lug their own hairs & umbrellas out. Plenty of room for everyone, but this HOA chooses to severely limit the paid beach service. Luckily, the building next door has no severe restrictions, and the company there was able to accommodate us less than 30 feet away.
