The view was great from the balcony, and access to the pool and beach was very convenient. The condo was very spacious and my son loved the bunk bed! The only shortcomings were the following:When we walked into the condo, there was a very prevalent musty odor. It was to the point we had to spray OdorBan to get where it wasn't so noticeable. Not sure what the source was, but it seemed that the last time it was cleaned, it wasn't done thoroughly. Hopefully, it can be addressed so that future guests don't report the same.The main bath in the MBr was not giving hot water, only warm. That was a bit inconvenient as we had to share the 2nd shower. We managed, but that needs to get fixed.Finally, some sizable bugs appeared in the bedroom and bathroom. It could be the fact that being closer to the beach in that area is just part of the possibility to encounter these, but we were a bit surprised that we had to keep a watch out.Overall, we enjoyed the stay and made some great memories.

Perry is a great host and the place is exactly as advertised. I love smaller footprint condos because they are less crowded. This spot delivers on that while also having nice amenities.

Family Vacation

Check in was seamless and very convenient. The 4 floor was perfect, bit too high & not too low. Beach access was quick & easy. The codo had everything needed for a relaxing week. Really like the complex as it was not too big & chaotic. Overall very pleased and will possibly book again.

Nice weekend getaway

Perfect gulf side place for a few days away. Brought our bicycles and enjoyed cycling thru state park. Great water views from balcony. I totally overlooked needing to bring my hair dryer. My fault there. Liked the smaller building instead of resorts with 600 rooms. Guests were friendly and easy going. Plenty of parking, too. Great restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive.

Very nice condo

Clean, updated, good communication, I was a little surprised with the layout as we have never stayed in a condo where the Master bedroom wasn't gulf side but it still had a view and the balcony view was amazing. I wish they would put in some crosswalks or sidewalks in the area....had to drive to restaurants that were literally across the street. We were there for the beach though and it was perfect!

Perfect location and comfortable

Very clean and stocked well with dishes, cookware and appliances. Easy entry and lovely balcony. Only change I will suggest is get sheets that fit mattresses better. The mattress covers are slick and sheets came off every night! We have already recommended Four Winds!!

Four Winds Condo

Me, my husband, and daughter stayed here and the condo was clean, so was the pool. We didn't get to enjoy the pool but we loved the ocean! Everyone we met was very friendly. Would stay here again. We loved the balcony to have our morning coffee and look and listen to the ocean. The very short walk to the ocean was a great plus!! The condo was close to the zoo and the dolphin boat tour and ride we took in. Also close to shopping and eating places.

Wonderful, relaxing stay. Beautiful condo.

I loved staying here. The condo was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and the beach view was amazing. The kitchen had everything needed to make a great meal. Full size washer and dryer was very nice and there was an adequate amount of towels and washcloths provided. Communication with owner was perfect. Will be staying here in the future.
