We enjoyed our stay,Perfect sunsets from the balcony.Pool and was great wish we could have done the lazy river but never seemed like a good time and we didn’t know to bring a float because they were limited .

We had a lot of fun! It was clean and very nice however, no toilet paper, dish washing cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

Overall, this is a great spot for families with both kids under and over 12. The BIGGEST drawback of this property are the elevators. The second biggest drawback is the chair setup (Ike's) because either you are five rows deep or you are 100 yards from the ocean with 3 rows of other umbrellas, tents, etc. in front of you.On the elevators, there always seemed to be 1 or more down and with all of the families and their beach wagons, people checking in or out with carts and bringing groceries up with grocery carts - space was tight. Many times we just had to separate to get some of our party on the elevators.We were on the 21st floor and just gave up and walked down the stairs more than once. We had bigs (all kids over 12) so it was fine. That won't be an option for families with littles. The property is fantastic. If you can get on a lower floor, I would recommend it.

Wonderful visit

Lots of room for 8 people to stay & sleep. Each bedroom had its in bathroom plus an extra full bath which was wonderful! It is beautifully decorated. We would definitely rent again

We have stayed at this Phoenix several times in the past. Love the new addition of the adult pool and covered bbq grills.

A few days on the beach

We brought our daughter and a few of her friends for their senior year spring break. We all enjoyed our stay, so much for them to do. The condo was very clean and quiet. The girls were able to go to the pools, hot tubs, and fitness center and I didn’t have to worry about them. Very secured place. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Great Family Location

Great for kids! Pools and lazy river were quite a hit for all the kids. Easy beach access! Great restaurants close by. North facing unit but you can see the sunset from the back porch.

Great Vacation Spot

The condo was clean and the complex was great! There was something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and if we go to Alabama again, this is where we will stay!

Awesome Stay

Party of 9 had plenty of space to hang out and all necessary appliances for dining in. The convenience of being steps from the beach and pools made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Great Condo! Ton of amenities

This was our first time at the Phoenix West 2. We have stayed in orange beach for years, but we had never stayed here. Everything was very clean and convenient.

Updates

The layout of the property was great. Loved the amount of rooms & placement. The decor needed some updating & also needed some maintenance. Outlets in master bathroom did not work at all. One bathroom toilet seat was ready to come off & hall light only worked from entrance area. We loved the hot tub, sauna, beach & pool area. It was unfortunately too cool for the lazy river but maybe next time we visit it will be warmer. Short distance to most places we wanted to go. So all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Great beach, location

Loved this property for our family vacation. Condo and amenities were comfy and great. The beach and pools entertained our 9 and 7 yr old all week. Only thing to be aware of is elevators for building are lacking, only elevators for 32 floors is not sufficient. check in day we waited 45 min to an hour for an elevator to get to the condo. Outside of that it was great!

Family beach vacation

Everything was nice about the condo except we were very very dissatisfied with the long wait on getting in elevators. 5 out of 6 were working but with 32 floors and only 6 available elevators and all checking in at same time and trying to get on during lunch time or afternoons was horrible. Up to 45 minute wait times. And especially if you have a lot to bring up like beach chairs luggage groceries you need several buggies and you could never fit more than one at a time if that with the extra people. During the week was better but mornings lunchtime and afternoons were almost to much. It took the fun out of going there. Inside and outside of condo were clean and comfortable we probably won’t go back because of long wait or we will get a condo on low level. So we can take stairs if necessary.
