    Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd bedroom, a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 10. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space.



    There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



    Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.



    Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Great stay just wished we knew construction was going on and pool was closed. Our room code expired a day early but the lobby staff corrected it immediately.

We (Party of 5) enjoyed our first time stay at Orange Beach. We enjoyed that it was close to a lot of restaurants and a beautiful beach. We chose this condo due to the size, location, beach, and pools. The home did not disappoint. The kitchen is well equipped. The unit and the complex were both very clean. The pictures are exact. We were disappointed that the indoor pool, sauna, and spa was closed all week due to updates and repairs. You get one small dishwashing detergent, one dishwasher packet for the dishwasher, and one laundry packet. Be prepared to bring all cleaning supplies for your stay. Again, the entire complex is very clean and well maintained; we would definitely stay here again. You can tell that the complex takes great pride in keeping it refreshed and up to date.

Best Condo!

Our family really enjoyed this condo - very clean, spacious and was exactly what we were hoping for. We plan on coming back! The lazy river is fantastic.

Comfortable condo

This condo is in a great location with many restaurants and less than five minutes away from a Publix. Nice deck for watching the waves with a cup of coffee! Very comfortable living space and beds were extremely comfortable!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very spacious and clean. One suggestion would be to have the host provide extra toilet paper, a sponge for dishes, extra garbage bags, and better toiletry items.

Great spot! Loved our stay

Phoenix West was really clean, well located and had everything we needed. This unit was just lovely too- it was just perfect for our extended family of 7.

Spring Break

Location was great. View was amazing. Lazy river was a big hit as was the indoor pool. Could have been cleaner and the cookware was not great. However, the beds and furniture were comfortable and the condo was spacious.

Family Beach Trip

Six adults were really comfortable in this lovely, spacious condo. Everything was as advertised. Lovely beach views and a really quiet condo. We had one slow shower drain, and when I called, management sent someone up right away to deal with it. We had a great stay.

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Views—Just a Few Minor Issues

The condo itself was beautiful, very clean, and the views were absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight of our trip. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.There were just a few minor issues worth mentioning. In the first bedroom, there was a loud screeching noise coming from the bathroom that would randomly start and stop, which was a bit disruptive at times. The rug in the living room could also be a potential trip hazard—it might be helpful to secure it with rug tape or use a rubber-backed option.Additionally, when we asked the front desk about an extra parking pass, the response wasn’t very helpful—we were simply directed to read a sign instead of being assisted.Overall, though, the condo itself was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay. With just a few small improvements, this place would be perfect!

Great Stay

The property was great!!! Loved the lazy river and the beach. Great location close to everything. My only issue was as much as we paid for the stay.,., I really think they should provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and more than one trash bag in the whole property. Other than the lack of daily supplies that we would need, it was a nice place to stay.

Overall this was an excellent condo. Lots of space, comfortable beds. The tv in the main bedroom has some sort of auto shut off after like 30mins so that was annoying. Well equipped kitchen had everything you need. For the price I expected higher end patio furniture. Great location and the beach was not over crowded during our week. The property needs a bit more attention to cleaning the lazy river and there were lots of taken lounge chairs with towels and nobody ever using them.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Appliances needed up dating, one toilet lid broken, bathrooms did not smell clean, rugs were dirty around edges. This would have been ok if the rental were lower.
