Wonderful condo with amazing amenities. My 2.5 probably went down the waterslide 100 times each day. The plates were not the cleanest, but I just ran an extra load before we used them. Definitely bring your own pillow as they’re rock hard.

The elevator situation is HORRIBLE. You can wait 30 minutes to and hour during peak times. The condo was nice with a great view. The pool, lazy river and splash pad were good.

It was family friendly the beach view was beautiful the pools were clean & refreshing. The room wasn't very clean there were roaches so I didn't feel comfortable leaving food out

Beautifully decorated and all amenities were available. We love the convenience of having a walk up restaurant downstairs as well as the clean & friendly bar. As always the pools were clean and beautiful. The cockroaches were not invited but were there when we arrived. I took pictures but couldn’t say anything as I didn’t want my son & daughter in law to be uncomfortable. It was a worry everyday to be sure and not unpack all our things or leave anything near the kitchen. Our sheet had a stain on it as well that must have gotten overlooked but I suggest new sheets.

Fall Break

We stayed in this condo for our fall break trip with extended family (9 people). The rooms are big and fit all of us comfortably! The condo is well decorated and the kitchen has plenty of dishes to accommodate everyone. There were a few issues that need to be tended to: mold on shower curtain in the bathroom, front bathroom toilet handle sticks and runs nonstop, multiple electric outlets do not work, mold in the toilets, and dirty dishes put back in cupboards upon arrival. We loved our stay and enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean, just wish the condo had been cleaned better prior to our visit (not on the owner of the condo-rather the cleaning crew).

Beautiful location

We loved our stay on orange beach. The location was perfect, the overall property was easy to navigate. Our Condo was well equipped with towels and kitchen supplies ( pots, silverware, toaster, separate ice machine.) Our only issue was dirty dishes were put back into the cupboard, that was pretty gross. The overall cleanliness of the condo was not great. We bought some spray cleaner at the store, cleaned up and ran all of the dishes through the dishwasher and moved on.

Thanksgiving get away

The place was great, no problems with elevators at this time of the year. Pools were great, security was good, area was easy to find and close to all things we wanted to see and visit. The place was better than expected. Can not wait till next year!

Beautiful Condo in the perfect location

This was our 2nd annual girl's trip. We are all healthcare workers and started this last year as a break from CoVid. The condo we chose this year was absolutely perfect for our group! It was very clean, spacious, and had the most beautiful gulf view! The condo was very well furnished with everything we needed to make our trip perfect! We are already planning to stay here again next year! Thanks for making our 2nd annual girl's trip fabulous!

Great family vacation!

This condo did not disappoint. It was very clean and the location was great. I had communication prior to arrival with the host and she promptly replied. We had no issues while staying in this condo. It was very quiet and we had everything we needed. My only complaint for the week is that we had a lot of storms this week and security waits way too long to open the pool areas back up. Also we stayed here before and there didn’t seem to be as many tubes for the lazy river as before. All in all my family had a great time and made many memories.

Our stay

Everything was nice minus trying to check in. The front desk said someone else had claimed our parking passes. She insinuated that we were trying to get extra passes even though literally we just arrived. She seemed not to believe us, I had to plead my case that nobody else grabbed passes. She said maybe someone gave the wrong room numbers. Issue I had is, why don't they ask for identification when checking in. That would solve the issue. She was fine but made a point to tell us not to throw things from the balcony lol. Not something I was expecting being with a family and little kids. But apparently they tell everyone that. The property itself was very nice except for the top of the fridge was extremely dusty and there were dirty containers when we took them out for use. There was some loud pipe noises that seemed to strike around 6am. It was coming from our bathroom, loud knocking sounds that doesn't stop for hours. Overall property was great. The elevators situation is a mess at times. Sometimes you can wait up to 20-30 minutes. But was fine most of the time. Great atmosphere most of the time. Definitely not as laid back as I imagined. Pretty loud at night, and could smell marijuana all over the place. It was a strange mix of family and party goers. The beach was really nice but crowded. Lots of cigarette butts and rubbish laying around. Great beach minus those complaints. Even though it was really crowded,All the visitors were extremely nice and friendly. Our kids had a great time. The lazy river and slide were extremely crowded, same with the pool. Lots of great dining options and things to do close by, a big plus. Overall solid spot, minus those handful of complaints. Would recommend for a family that doesn't mind a little party/family hybrid vacation.
