Beautiful location, nice roomy home, loved all the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Mattresses were very comfortably lots of extra coveniences, ice maker, 2 coffee pots and tvs in bedrooms. Living room chairs were very worn and deck rough in places. Would definitely rent again!

Annual Family NYE Trip

Accommodations were perfect for our large group & offered plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable during our stay. The location is ideal as it’s convenient to all the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location

The location was fabulous! We loved the bed options and most rooms had their own bathroom. The major draw back as others stated is the living room, kitchen, 1 bed room on main level AC did not work. The week we went, the temps were about 75 out. The AC couldnt keep up and felt like it needed freon. Thankfully the other 2 units worked well. I would not stay there in the summer due to AC issue. This could be helped if they would add curtains but mainly the AC needs to be fixed. Also, the place needs a deep clean, there was sand under couch and crackers in door. Also the AC vents stick out of the floor. My daughter sliced her toe very badly. I ended up putting sheets around the vents. There were 2 screws sticking up out of kitchen floor so I had to put a floor rug over them. I am mentioning worst case scenario items so renters will be prepared. BUT given all that I would rent again if the AC was fixed. I did not notify management because other tenants had and was never addressed. We had everything we needed and had a relaxing time.

Ants and management

I have a very bad situation in the bedroom with the queen bedroom. I do not appreciate being woke up at two o'clock with ants in my bed. I paid a good price for this guest house and getting ant bites is not acceptable. Hello, I am so sorry to hear this. I completely understand where you are coming from our weather has been exceptionally dry which makes them draw to cotton according to exterminator. I have notified the team and we have reached out to the exterminator. We will have someone come by and spray for ants. - Crystal I submitted pictures and they did not seem to care that I received several bites all over by body This is what I found at 1:00 today. This bedroom will not be used and I strongly believe that I should be reimbursed for not using this room at all. I'm very very disappointed That is not acceptable. This is my whole family and we are on vacation. We drove over six hours to come to the beach. There are no other openings available at this time. Did the owners have guest in that room? If not they would not know about the situation. I made reservations at this location because of the number of bedrooms and bathrooms so no one would be crowded or inconvenienced.

Wonderful House

Plenty of room and parking, 3 cooling units worked flawlessly in the August heat Short walk to the beach that currently has a sea turtle nest Kitchen was adequately supplied Everything was clean Close to stores, restaurants and activities but not the hustle and bustle of Condos We got in a little early which was a bonus I would stay again (a pool would be a nice addition) Thanks for the opportunity Mike

Loved the Orange Beach area

I have stayed in Golf Shores multiple times and love it. Unfortunately this property was our least favorite. The house maintenance was very poor, floor registers were either taped in the floor as others were raised leaving an exposed edge and one was just laid over the hole, one of the kids stepped in the hole. The AC wasn’t able to keep the house cool and we had to have some people sleep on the downstairs couch or in the kids room because the upstairs AC unit didn’t work and the downstairs AC wouldn’t get below 87 most of the time. This made our stay miserable to sleep or enjoy family nights in playing games. The manager did get a HVAC tech and he got the upstairs unit cooling better but it was still in the 80’s at night. Overall I was not pleased because when I responded to the manager after the units were looked at, I got no response back. I will definitely look for another service to find me a house next year.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had the best stay at this Orange Beach house. Everything was perfect. The beds are comfortable and the sleep options for a big family are plenty. There are several parking spots and private beach access. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing location, great space, older home

This is an older home, with some areas needing repair. The kitchen/dining room floors were kind of rough and gave our grandson splinters. Also, the air conditioning for the main part of the house wasn't working very well. The A/C for the upstairs rooms and the bunk room were working great, though. The house is in an excellent location, though. And it offers a great amount of space for a large group wanting to stay right on the beach. The beach there is amazing and not very busy at all.

Great Family Trip

This was our second time to stay here and we had another great time! The layout of this house is perfect for our family. There is lots of room for everyone to have their own space and plenty of room to gather together for meals or to watch a ballgame. The property manager is awesome!! We will definitely be back soon!!

Family vacation

We were told by property mgmt we put a hole in the ceiling. The hole was already there and it shows it on their website. Don't let them charge you for it.
