Easy check in and very accommodating with us and the family who visited us each day. Kitchen was nice but could use replacement pans and larger pot for cooking for a large family.

Family Beach Vacay 2025

Overall a great condo. The Oasis has a great pool/splash pad/lazy river and adult pool. The 3 bedroom 4bath was the perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids with additional family to visit during the day. Nice quality beds and linens. Liquid life did have trial size amenities in each bath. We stayed a week and glad I brought our own bath was and shampoo ect. The kitchen is well equipped for quick easy meals. I did bring extra paper towels and needed extra dishwasher detergent as they only supplied 2 packs. Liquid life ask you to load and start the dishwasher at departure. After a week stay 2 pods was not enough. Again just a heads up. Ice machine in bar area is a BIG plus to fill the yetis as we headed for the pool/beach. Elevators can be a little wait but we were on vacay and it didn’t impact us. Just time it 4:30pm leaving the pool can be a short wait no more the. 10min. There is a holding room for floats, chairs and wagons. Families with wagons had a little longer wait. It was 4th July week so very busy but all was handled well.Wifi can be iffy if you need to work. I found going to the 2nd floor had desk working area which was helpful. We will be back next year.

Great Stay!

Our units were perfect. They were exactly as presented in the pictures. Everything we needed was available in our units. The kitchens were well equipped. There was plenty of room for all of us. We had two units next door to each other which was perfect for accommodating our large family gathering. Everyone said they hope we can do it again.

Property was top knotch. Unit was amazing. One of the best units and host we have had. Only complaint we had was the WIFI was so bad in the unit, tvs didnt work bc of low signal but other than that the host and unit 5 stars for sure. We will be back.

Very nice condo

Enjoyed our visit to the Oasis in Orange Beach. Condo was very nice but I do have a few suggestions. The bedrooms could use a chair. Are age’s ranged from 65-91. Someplace to sit while you put your shoes on would help. Also the kitchen needs a few more items (pot holders). And our closets didn’t have clothes hangers.

Beach chairs and boogie board stolen.

Condo was spacious. Kitchen was poorly outfitted. Mattresses need replaced and sofa was on its last legs too. Terrible cell service! Lots of amenities, but when we had our nice beach chairs and new boogie board stolen from right next to our front door, we were shocked. We have been going to OBA for decades with no theft or concern for the safety of our family. We were dismayed that we paid so much a condo and nobody cared about the theft. Our response from the Oasis was that they would look around for them, but when I checked in for an update the next day, the new security guard had no idea what I was talking about. Liquid life was quick to remind me they are only responsible for the condo itself and didn’t show any concern that thieves are freely stealing with no consequences. Needless to say, we were disappointed with the lack of concern. If someone would steal right in front of our noses, is my family safe going to and fro in the building. We bring our large family with small grandchildren to OBA every year and we will think twice before staying with The Oasis or LL in the future.

Excellent stay

I'm fussy about cleanliness and many people say that they are clean, but this condo really was clean. It's a great location, the kids loved being so close to the beach and the lazy river and slide. We would love to stay here again.

Quick Beach Trip

Lovely condo. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. No glitches. The only issue we encountered was the elevator. At check in, we waited +45mins just to get on the elevator. Our beautiful accommodations were located on the 27th floor, and with 3 small kids and luggage, the stairs were not an option.

Perfect condo

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was exactly what we were looking for. Big enough for the whole family without getting each other’s way and everybody had their own room. The grounds were exactly as advertised and super convenient for a family with small children.

Family Vacation!

We love Phoenix West II, and this unit didn’t disappoint. Beautiful views, and very clean. Word of advice though for future visitors planning to cook often. Make sure to bring everything you will need, because the kitchen utensils are very limited. Would likely make cooking full meals difficult. Also, it’s stated in the small print, but make sure to bring your own throw blankets 😊. Look forward to our next vacation here!!

Great Fall Getaway!

The rental was very warm when we entered and had a slight musky smell. The rental was the perfect size for the 7 of us. It wasn't exactly the cleanest rental we stayed at. Toothpaste was plastered on a few of the doors, ceiling fans full of dust, the glass bar area full of dust and the rug in the living room was completely stained dirty! The outdoor patio was also broken, and my Father in law almost flipped over backwards! The outdoor pool was freezing, that was a huge bummer because we chose this location because of the waterslide, and our kids used it once and got out because the water was that cold! However it didn't stop us from enjoying our vacation to Orange Beach. We still had a blast.
