The view was amazing!! We enjoyed our stay over Spring Break at the condo. There was plenty of room inside for everyone to relax away from each other or come together for game time (2 adults and 4 older teens, needed the space). We cooked breakfast everyday and had everything we needed (Keurig and regular coffee pot for those wondering:)). The blender and built-in ice machine in the bar were awesome for mixed drinks! It was surprisingly chilly most of the week, but the heated pool and hot tubs kept the kids busy until it warmed up. They loved the basketball/pickball courts too. The cafe had good food we grabbed on the one warm beach day we got. Beautiful condo with great amenities and views for days! We will be back!

Perfect vacation from beginning to end. We had 7 adults and a child, we still had room for at least 2 more. We will definitely book again. The only thing we were surprised by was the 65.00 parking pass per vehicle. We feel that is a little expensive to park. Maybe cheaper for the 1st vehicle and a little more for additional parking.

The condo was great for our three boys (10, 7 and 5) and us. Never ran out of things to do, beach proximity was great and the whole trip definitely sold us on a return visit in the future!

April Stay

The condo is beautiful. Very spacious and a good view of the beach. We did have a problem with the washing machine. Liquid Life responded quickly and sent someone to fix it. It would be nice if the condo was stocked with basics like salt and pepper, aluminum foil, ect.

Beautiful but has a few issues

Very beautiful condo and view. Just needs some updating to bring up to the standard. Wifi was very slow and not password protected. With 4 kids that was a little inconvenient. Couldn't make phones calls in condo and wifi was to slow to use. Dishwasher outdated and hardly did the job. Drier could barley dry cloths. The place had been used hard and there are some scrapes and marks on walls and other places that were a little bit of an eye sore. Ac seemed it struggled a bit especially with the hi temps only in low 80s or lower. We did enjoy our stay over all just wished some things were different. Condo grounds and building were great. was to slow to make phone calls.

My whole family enjoyed the condo. We had a great view of the beach. The pools were a ++ for all ages. All the rooms had their own private bathrooms. The icemaker at the bar was VERY useful. We will definitely stay again.

Just ok on this stay, but somewhat disappointed.

We love the complex but our room had several issues which we reported. Hopefully they will make the needed repairs as this is too nice of a place to have the issues that we were faced with this week.

The perfect vacation condo on Orange Beach

The condo is on the 27th floor and has an amazing view of the beach. Great spot for a family vacation, the condo was huge compared to other properties in Orange Beach…plenty of room for everyone. The pool, lazy river and splash pad provided hours of fun. We will keep this one as a favorite.

Perfect except…

It was our annual girls (9) trip. It was wonderful but for the slippery showers. One of our ladies actually fell out of a shower and got some serious bruises!! We contacted management but they were unable to help us so we went out and purchased our own shower mats. I would suggest you do the same if you rent this condo. Altogether we had a great time, the layout was perfect and beautiful views from the balcony.

A little disappointing

We have stayed at several condos in phoenix west ii now oasis. This one has been the worst one yet. The cleanliness was fine. The buttons on the fridge didn’t work. There was no filter for the water even if it did work. The washer and dryer in this unit was worthless. The only way to dry the clothes was to run it about 3 times. The washer didn’t spin half the time. The beds were the most squeakiest and couldn’t sleep if anyone moved in them. The remote was missing in one of the bedrooms. Dead batteries in every remote. Dishwasher didn’t work. The pod from the last people who ran it was still half in there. But the liquid life staff was super nice and friendly. Over all it was okay. I just wish everything worked properly for the price we paid for the unit.

Great vacation getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. Our condo was very nice and a great view of the ocean from our balcony. My only complaint was that the floor was dirty and our toilet in our bathroom ran the whole time we were there, but other than that everything was great.

Lots of amenities!

This is definitely spot for kids. Large indoor and outdoor pool. The wonderful lazy river with slide. All the hot tubs. The splash pad. Dont worry adults had a very nice adult pool with pool loungers, with a bar very convenient. Loved the space inside hotel lobby. Never heard another person inside my condo.The condo was very nice, clean and roomy. Plenty for cooking utensils. The views from large balcony was amazing saw dolphins and stingray. Spoke to couple that has came there for 14years, I will be that same person will be back soon.

Vacation

Our stay was not bad. The first thing we had issues with parking should let people know that a parking pass is needed and the cost should be included in the price so no suprises and having to wait till office opens at 9. If you do not put into the car by 10 AM you get a boot and cost of 195 and up. The view was wonderful can not discribe have to see it. Screen door was off track, only 4 outside chairs for 6 guests does not work well. Need to let folks know about if they do jot have chairs, an unbrella they do rent them for the day. Washing machine and dryer a little out dated, some of the pictures had damage from other guests running into them. Decor was not too bad. It was a little humid when the temperature was high. Loved the ice machine. Beds very comfortable and having 4 bathrooms a plus. Thank you.

Family Vacation

This condo did provide us lodging in Orange Beach that was manageable. However, a few tweaks would make it even better. The mattresses in the 2nd and 3rd rooms squeak which makes it difficult to sleep peacefully for anyone in the bedrooms. The floors were not cleaned when we arrived so walking barefoot was not a possibility. Although it is more about the building than the unit, the hot tubs were cold instead of hot which was one amenity we were not able enjoy. Another that was disappointing was the children’s splash pad. We specifically looked for a hot tub and children’s area but was unable to use both. Another amenity we specifically looked for was washer and dryer. This unit has both but the dryer takes forever to dry so it wasn’t really an amenity.
