Nice Condo but won't be back

Like a previous reviewer from April 29, 2024 we also had same issues. The master tub does a self cleaning cycle in the middle of the night which woke us up every night even with a sleep machine blaring. I notified Liquid Life and they had a maintenance guy come and look at it. He left us a note saying there was nothing he could do. This is unacceptable when a family is on a vacation trying to get rest. I have rented other turquoise condos and did not deal with that. The towel bar next to the left sick kept falling off. That was addressed by maintenance. Lastly the rugs need a good cleaning. They are very dingy with stains showing. Due to the tub alone we will not be returning to this condo.

Liquid Life and Turquoise Place Need To Get On The Same Page!

Really poor experience with Liquid Life, who we rented this condo from. I would not recommend this company or be fooled by the friendly customer service reps on the phone. When conflict arises, they deflect & hide at any available opportunity. Liquid Life and Turquoise Place need to get on the same page fast - or you'll end up not getting what you pay for or are promised. The dishonesty, lack of communication & transparency were unlike anything we've experienced. We have been coming to Turquoise Place for 14 years & have never experienced an issue. After the price we paid for the week, to have the private balcony hot tub unavailable the entire week, a premium amenity for why we always book there in the first place, is extremely disappointing. The view and outside amenities at Turquoise cannot be beat ... but to pay the already substantially higher than other property fees, to have an amenity only they offer unavailable was very disappointing. If it was communicated in advance that the hot tub wasn't functional, we would've asked to move to another unit or cancelled our reservation altogether. Liquid Life/Turquoise Place waited to inform us until we were checked in & had no other options.

Overall great place with some issues

Let me start by saying we enjoyed our stay in the condo. Where we encountered issues is with the hot tub on the balcony. The hot tub was not operational, this was not disclosed to us before our stay. This resulted in several visits by maintenance several times a day. On two occasions, the maintenance people left our door open to the public in our absence. I spoke to one of the maintenance folks, and expressed our concerns by the fact that they left our door open. I explained to him that this is very dangerous and they needed to be more careful when leaving the unit. He was apologetic however the same day they left the door open again to the public. This is very concerning due to the fact that my wife and my friends wife were in that unit alone at times. Also of note, the carpet in the master bathroom floor, was filthy, it had toothpaste stains, as well as other unidentified stains all in it. Also, the towel rack on the left-hand sink in the master bathroom fell off the wall when I placed a towel on it. Lastly, the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom would start a self cleaning cycle that is extremely loud at 2 AM and again at 4 AM. This scared us awake 2 nights in a row. Why for some inexplicable reason would they program the tub to do this at these hours? This sleep interruption was disruptive to our vacation rest.

Family vacation

This condo was very nice and clean with wonderful views. Had everything we needed. Never got in the pools on the property but looked very clean. Two minor complaints: 1. They lazy river should be renamed to the rapid river as there was nothing lazy about it. 2. While sitting on the balcony something would leak water from one of the condos above, this happened several times causing the majority of the balcony to be wet.

Awesome Stay!

We stayed here with 3 couples for our 30th birthdays and had a fantastic time! The living space was huge and the couch was super comfortable and easily fit our entire group. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and supplies you would need to cook with. The beds were all great as well! We would definitely stay here again :)

Relaxing Vacation

We had a great time in 1005D. The condo is beautiful and very clean. We like a lot of the convenience items (like ice machine and lots of silverware). The condo has everything you need. Parking was easy and the elevator was not a long wait. The resort is nice, they were doing a lot of upgrades to the resort while we were there, so sometimes we had to use Bldg C. It was nice to have that option. The lazy River was a hit with our kids. And the beach access was easily accessible. Tons of restaurants nearby and stores (grocery too). Just an overall great and fun experience for the whole family.

Lovely condo at the spectacular Tuquoise Place

Visited this past week with my teens for a quick getaway after a few months of intense work. The layout of the condo is wonderful. 3 bedrooms, each with a full private bathroom, plus a gourmet kitchen, extra half bath, and more than ample living/dining/relaxing space. The only real downsides were the overly firm bed in the master and the not super comfy outdoor furniture. I remedied this by purchasing a mattress topper and some chair cushions to use while we were there. I highly recommend bringing your own if you visit.

Wonderful Experience

We’ve stayed at Turquoise Place before and it doesn’t disappoint. Great for kids! This unit was nice, comfy beds, clean. We did have an issue with a mirror falling off the wall while everyone in our condo was out parasailing, and the mirror knocked off a huge lamp on its way down and broke it. I’m not sure if it just wasn’t hung properly or if the unit next door bumped the wall and caused the fall but that was distressing. I called right away and was helped by a liquid life representative. We would definitely return in the future.

Orange Beach Never Disappoints!

This was our third time visiting Orange Beach for fall break and our first time staying at this property. It was absolutely amazing and definitely an upgrade from previous properties where we had stayed. We look forward to visiting again!
