Perfect Getaway

Group of 7. Three adults and four kids under the age of 12. Condo was perfect, clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We love nights on the balcony watching storms and crab hunters, day time at the pool and beach, and so close to several restaraunts and shops! Would reccomend and would definately stay again!

Very nice condo on the beach!

This condo checked all the boxes. The owners are attentive and went out of their way to provide an extensive guide of the local area. Highly recommended if your are in Orange Beach.

Perfect Spot in Orange Beach

Location was perfect for everything in the area. Listing is very accurate with a lot of the extras not always found on VRBO. Hope to stay here again. We were a family of 8 staying at this location.

Beautiful beach

The property was clean and comfortable and very enjoyable. The beach is beautiful with white sand and mostly clear water. The pool is really nice too. The property management was great and I really appreciated not having to deal with washing sheets or towels before checking out. It was a great experience and I’ll miss the view from the balcony.

Great Vacation Spot

This place is beautiful and comfortable and we loved the convenience of the easy beach access. We will be back to enjoy more Orange Beach sunsets and white sands. Excellent choice for bigger families.

Perfect end of summer getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Carrie’s oceanfront condo. It was perfect for our family and my daughter’s first beach experience. The location was perfect and super easy access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed some of their local recommendations such as The Gulf and The Avenue for some yummy beach eats. Our 3 year old loved having the nets for our nightly crab hunting walks. We are already talking about coming back next year! Would highly recommend this location as the owners have been great at communicating and making sure everything was just as described!

Great layout for kids

The bunk bed room is awesome for my teen kids who needed to share a room but did Not want to share a bed. Very clean. Great location. Lost of shops within walking distance. Beautiful pool. Overflow parking across the street was a huge plus too.

Summer House 802B

This property was amazing !! Exactly what we expected based on the booking information. The unit was clean and fresh very tastefully decorated with lots of up to date amenities. WIFI was great, the Roku TV and streaming was just excellent for the few family movie times we experienced. The Balcony and view were incredible ! The pool and beach equally a great experience ! The only observation of the exterior, it needs some TLC ! It was slightly concerning to see the outside as we approached and visibly seeing paint peeling from the surfaces and where mold/mildew were the staining the surface. Part of the name Summer House on the front exterior is missing. Just a things that make the property appear in poor condition. Overall, it’s a Fantastic place ! You definitely can’t go wrong with 802B at Summer House !

Very enjoyable…nice stay

This property was very well appointed. Perfect amount of room for our family of six. Cannot beat the location right on the beach; beautiful views everywhere. We loved the location as it was in Orange Beach and close to Gulf Shores. The contact people were easy to get a hold of and always responded promptly. Our only complaint was we wish the weather had been a little bit warmer. I highly recommend this location!

Enjoyed our stay here!

The condo was amazing! The whole process was easy and communicating with the owners was super! From check-in to check out the process was amazing! The location and view of the beach from the patio was also a bonus! The weather wasn't the best during our trip, but we made the best of it. We would definitely stay here again!

Great week at the beach

From start to finish, the owners made our stay seamless. Prompt response when we inquired about the unit, easy booking, email about favorite area restaurants before we arrived, keyless entry to unit, quick response when we had questions, short list of what we needed to do at the end of our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and well cared for. Summer House condo building looks a little tired up close, but 802b is a great home away from home. And the view from the balcony is amazing!
