Welcome to Coastal Sol, a bright and spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath beach home in the Summer Salt community of Orange Beach. Just minutes from the white-sand beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast, this home is ideal for families, couples, and groups looking for comfort, convenience, and coastal fun.

Inside, enjoy boho-modern décor, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, electric fireplace, laundry room, and a game room with four arcade games, books, and board games. All bedrooms, the living room, and game room feature Roku Smart TVs.

The first floor includes two king bedrooms. Upstairs, one bedroom has two queen beds and another has one queen bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. An oversized twin rollaway bed, highchair, and pack ’n play are also available.

Guests may enjoy the covered patio, fenced yard, zero-entry community pool, fire pit, putting green, four beach chairs, one umbrella, and a beach wagon. Beach access is approximately a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive.

Live Bait, Doc’s Seafood, Ruby Slipper Café, Wolf Bay, and Beachside Mini Golf are within walking distance. Gulf State Park trails, The Wharf, Flora-Bama, and OWA are a short drive away.

Guests have access to the entire home except the locked downstairs owner’s closet. Five parking spaces are available in front, with three additional guest spaces along the side.

After booking, the primary guest will receive a secure link to complete the required pre-check-in process and choose either a $600 refundable security deposit hold or a $160.50 non-refundable damage waiver. This must be completed before access information is released.

Before departure, guests must start the dishwasher, remove all trash from the home, and place it in the outdoor trash cans located along the side of the house.

Free Wi-Fi is provided. No pets are permitted. The primary renter must be at least 26 years old. Late checkout is not available.
***Additional Information and House Rules

• A complimentary starter supply kit is provided for your arrival. Each bathroom includes one roll of toilet paper, two makeup-remover wipes, and one bar of soap. The kitchen includes one roll of paper towels, a dish towel, sponge, small bottle of dish soap, one packet each of dishwasher and laundry detergent, and three trash bags. These supplies may not last for your entire stay, so please bring or purchase any additional items you may need.

• Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own.

• A highchair and pack ’n play are available for your convenience. Please bring your own pack ’n play sheets.

• Guests are welcome to use the provided beach equipment, including four beach chairs, one umbrella, and one beach wagon. Please return all items to the home at the end of each day.

• A guest information book is provided with recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and attractions.

• The required rental agreement and pre-check-in process must be completed before check-in instructions and access information are released.

• The home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Daily or ongoing housekeeping is not provided during your stay.

• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property for the entire reservation. This policy is strictly enforced, and refunds will not be issued for reservations made in violation of the age requirement.

• Only registered guests are permitted at the property.

• Five reserved parking spaces are available in the driveway. U-Hauls, RVs, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and other oversized vehicles are not permitted on the property.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property.

• Illegal substances and illegal activity are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

• Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• Late checkout is not available. Please reserve an additional night if you need access to the home beyond the scheduled checkout time.

• Before departure, please remove all trash from the home and place it in the trash cans located along the side of the house.

• Extended-stay availability may be offered from November through February. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

*** Safety and Monitoring Devices

For the safety of our guests and property, the home is equipped with a noise-monitoring and smoke-detection device. A doorbell camera is located at the main entrance, and an exterior security camera is positioned on the side of the house facing the street.

These devices monitor exterior areas and permitted safety conditions only. There are no cameras inside the home.
