Condo was the perfect size for our familyOf 4. We had 2 pack n plays in the second bedroom for the kids. The master bathroom could use a new showerhead but that’s about it! Very comfy king bed and amazing views of the ocean. Kids loved the splash pad and pool. Location couldn’t of been better.

Great location, close to walmart and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Property wasn't cleaned very well with master bathroom drain working slowy and food/nail clippings on floor by couch.

Excellent vacation - a few things that could have been better.

A few things that in my opinion need to be fixed. 1. TVs in condo are outdated. Need smart tvs that stream instead of dish tv. couldn't watch movies at night, just had to watch whatever was on dish. 2. Dryer vent is ducted inside the condo main hallway and makes the small bedrooms very hot.

Excellent location

Great view, spacious condo. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the indoor pool / hot tubs. Centralized location in Orange Beach, very easy access to everything. Highly recommended, one of the best condos we have been in.

1415 is just as listed in the pictures. Clean and well decorated Linen, towels and couch were soft. Bedrooms very spacious. Loved that you could sit on the couch and look at the water Would book again

Rental review

Excellent place to visit in November. We had some repairs needed which were taken care of almost immediately from the point of telephone contact with management. Unfortunately, the refrigerator, which looks to be brand new, is a side by side which is tightly fitted into the space allotted. It is looks to be a 60/40 split with 40 representing the percentage of space for the freezer. Because the freezer door opens to the left, it opens against a wall. We could only open the freezer door about 4 inches which stopped us from putting our bag of ice in the freezer. It wasn't until the next day that we realized if we pulled the refrigerator out entirely away from the back wall, out into the kitchen, the door would open. This refrigerator should have been a different model with both the freezer and refrigeration doors opening to the right. The ice maker did not work; we did not report it because we used bagged ice. Otherwise nice clean condo and the pictures taken of the unit are the way the unit is.

Clean!!!

This place was clean! It looked exactly like the photos which is usually not the case. We were very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be back next summer. I laughed at the reviews regarding the master shower but they weren't wrong. It was tricky to use at 1st and the water was way too hot. You might consider turning the water heater down a touch and/or replacing the old shower faucet/head so nobody gets scalded. Overall, a fabulous getaway for our family in a beautiful condo.

Great view and a nice unit but common areas and communication could improve.

Unit is clean and have a great view. It is furnished nicely and seems to have everything needed for staying in and having a nice meal. During my stay the elevator wait times were far too long and the condo common areas were in need of repair with cracked tiles making for an uneven and sticky walking area as they used tape to fix some. I did not like that there was no direction given for anything. An email prior to my arrival with the unit and condo info, "check out" procedure, amenity locations and open times, rules, etc. would have made for a better experience. For the price paid I do not see myself going back but the view was great.

Quick family trip

The unit was nice and clean. However the shower head in the master bathroom needs updating. The pressure was very very low. The shower in the other bathroom was much nicer. Patio furniture was rusty and needs replacing. Great view! Quick and easy check in. Fast response from property manager. Not so much about the room but the pool was absolutely disgusting. We went fairly early in the day and there was a floating layer of scum on top of the water. The indoor pool room needs better air circulation. Easy walk to the beach. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas for the room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo

We really liked this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. The master bedroom is very spacious with a comfortable bed and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were perfect sizes. The other bedroom and bathroom was very convenient to have too. The view from the balcony was amazing! The patio furniture could stand to be updated, along with the shower head in the master bathroom.
