2 Stars705C Turquoise Place Towers: 3 bed 3 bathWe visit the area annually with our family. We usually stay in the penthouse condos in the Phoenix properties but have always wanted to try Turquoise Towers. This was the most we have ever spent on a rental—so we arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed. Many aspects of the property did not meet the standards we have come to expect especially for the price. Inside the condo, we found it to be quite dated and in need of maintenance. The furniture was worn, dining room chairs were ripped, and several cabinets showed significant wear. The master bathroom shower was particularly concerning: there was mold in the handle, the valve was sharp,the hot and cold water were reversed, many of the doors did not function properly, and the water pressure was nonexistent. We were especially disappointed with the patio area, which we had been excited to use. The furniture was rusted and broken to the point of being unsafe. Rust flakes would fall off whenever we sat down, creating a hazard for our young granddaughter, who repeatedly tried to pick them up. The grill was completely rusted through and excessively greasy, causing flare-ups when we attempted to use it. One lounge chair was missing a foot because it had completely rusted off and would tip when sat on. While I am sure this property was once a fantastic place to stay, it is clear that it has not been maintained.Just Disappointed.
