Unit was clean, Turquoise location and amenities were top tier. Only negative is that the door leading to the balcony with the hot tub did not have a latch to keep it shut which made us nervous with two little kids.

Beautiful Condo, Horrible property management

There were 7 of us staying and were there for my daughter’s wedding. We arrived 10/5 and the place is perfect!! Beautiful, clean a comfortable. Right away we started having problems with the unit, some small and fixed in a timely manner. Others bigger and needed to call Beach Ball property management several times to get resolved even after requesting to be kept in the loop as to resolution communication no follow up on their part. Still had to call several times. One issues was never resolved. When I landed in my home state I called to complain about their less than par performance I talked to management and was essentially called a liar and told that if I gave them a poor review they would dispute all of it and then he hung up on me. I feel bad for the owners of this beautiful unit because beachball does not have the owners or gusts best interest at heart. Hey beachball remember who pays you.

My stay

The stay was good but they need to clean some things! The shower curtain has mold on it and also the jets have mold in them in that same tub! Also the bedroom with the couch and shower, that bed is hard as a rock!!!

Best condo ever!

We loved everything about the condo! The only small issue was the hot tube didn't actually get hot. The water would just get warm. Other than that... it was perfect!

Fantastic condo on the beach!

Had a great time for our spring break on Orange Beach! This condo is top notch. Three huge rooms, all with king beds! Just steps from the beach and a quick drive to all other stores in case you need/forget items! Would definitely come back!

Good Location

This is a very nice unit in a very nice complex. Just missing some basic items such as extra trash liners, spices and extra bath towels. The location was very convenient because we had a rental car to quickly go to the wharf or any of the local restaurants. Right on the beach with great access to the beach.

Winter Getaway - OOPS

This is a beautiful property. We were able to watch the dolphins every morning; the kids were sooo excited and there was plenty of room for everyone. Only downer was the inoperable hot tubs (both large shared tubs and individual unit patio tubs) due to a bacteria issue. We could deal with this because the indoor heated pools were open; however, they were not heated. We made the best of it using the dry and wet saunas! Our family has stayed at Tuquoise Place many times and we would definitely recommend. Their staff is very professional and very accommodating to their guests!

November in 705C

I began staying at Turquois in November 2005 and rented for the month of November for over 10 years. In 2015 or 2016 owners disbanded monthly rental for nightly charge, and a month became prohibitive. I have stayed at nice beach rentals since, but not as nice as TP, excellently maintained and the amenities (fireplace, BBQ, hot tub, master shower) outstanding. Unit 704C was short on a few kitchen items (bowls, coffee cups/mugs, kitchen towels - not enough for 10 people), but overall as wonderful as ever.

5 night family stay

Went down for a fall beach trip and some inshore fishing. The Turquoise was a wonderful place to stay. The unit was actually nicer in person than appeared in person! Very clean, quiet place to stay. The fireplace was wonderful and the views from the large balcony was unrivaled. Wonderful place to stay. Will be back!!

Great location

The location is great and the beach here is beautiful. The property was not very clean and communication with the property management wasn’t the greatest. Also, the hot tub did not get serviced for the whole week, we wasted a whole day waiting for someone to come service it. The water level was low in it, and by the end of the week the water had a horrible smell.

Beautiful condo

We had such a great time at Turquoise Place!! We had my family (me, husband and 2 children), my parents and my husband’s parents all staying together. This condo had 3 king bedrooms with their own full bathroom which was perfect for us. The quick walk to the beach was easy and the views were beautiful!

Frustrated/Disappointed

We have been coming to OB/Turquoise for almost a decade and are frustrated/disappointed with this stay. While I appreciate that the prop rep did help and was kind, that the smoke detector alarms started going off every 3 minutes in the middle of the night keeping our family awake for our first night/first morning was beyond frustrating. On top of that, the prop manager would not make even a 25% adjustment to one night of our stay (we paid for 4 nights). The lack of cooperation makes it harder to overlook issues that we encountered with our stay: a broken chair on the patio (I almost fell backwards - we had just arrived and one of the patio lights was out), a coffee pot that clearly needs to be replaced, 3 beds that were nicely made but were not comfortable, and a laundry area that was not clean.
