Excellent customer service

Condo was as advertised.Several popped up during our stay and were handled promptly and efficiently. One of the issues involved the purchase of a new television and it was handled with few issues.Enjoyable stay.

Results of week in Orange Beach

Upon arrival, there were four large air dryers blowing in the master bath...we found our there was a leak from the unit above our unit. We were not told and it took over a day to have the dryers removed abd cleaned up. After that everything was fine.

Was almost a great stay

It really was a shame that what could have been a good stay was impacted by roaches in the kitchen. They did send someone out to spray, but it did not resolve the issue while we were there. I do assume it was an isolated incident, as there didn’t appear to be any other reviews mentioning this. However, we dealt with it all week and had to throw out food multiple times. There would be roaches on the stove and counter within a few minutes of getting food out to prepare. It really was a terrible issue to deal with the entire week, otherwise our stay would have been good.

One of the best condo we’ve stayed at!

My husband and I stayed with my 2 teenage boys, my mom, and my teenage niece and nephew. It had plenty of space for everyone. I loved how there was a bathroom off of every bedroom. The condo and property was very clean. Also was so nice to have the indoor and outdoor pool and of course the best was the the beach was steps away.

Not exactly what I expected, but an overall good experience

I was expecting bunk beds in one of the rooms, but there was a full size bed instead. In addition, the balcony was leaning and made me a little nervous.

Orange Beach Condo

The condo was just like the pictures, it was clean and comfortable. Only problem was the door code did not work upon arrival. Called the Beachball office and the were able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes.

Nice Place. Highly recommend.

This was our first stay at Tidewater in Orange Beach. I would stay here again. I do a lot of VRBO and will detail the things most important to me as a traveler. Overall, I would not hesitate to rent this unit. Communication with Beachball Properties was OUTSTANDING. We called three times for different issues with the unit and they were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful every single time. The TV in the living room did not work and the gentleman they sent to help us, Mike, was amazing. Unfortunately, he could not help as it was an owner issue, but Mike and the second person he called to help were both great. Sadly, the owner of the unit did nothing to correct the situation so we did not have a TV in the living room the entire week, which was not a huge deal to us. Just disappointing when you spend this kind of money to rent something you want everything to work or at least get an explanation/apology. The beds are firm. They are good mattresses, but if you do not like firm, you will not like these. The photos of the unit are very accurate. The kitchen is very well stocked. You will miss nothing when cooking meals. Washer and dryer both work well. The elevators are very fast. I typically stay on the second floor or lower to take the steps and avoid elevators, but this was never an issue. The pools, sauna and work out room are all excellent, clean and very well maintained. Great location. City Donut, the Shrimp Basket and a liquor store are right across the street. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Excellent security. Felt very safe. We come to Orange Beach every Spring Break and will definitely look at Tidewater again.

We had a great time at the beach The Condo Association needs some guidance on friendly guide lines The Security as very good they were on top of everything I started collecting warnings slips with in 20 mins of being there We got a orange ticket on our wind shield by the time we got back down to our car to unpack FYI Check your check in package right away for your parking tags and only get 2 per condo with no exception So if you have friends in the area they must park off property. Collected an other with not getting our beach chairs in condo in a timely manner as well But all in all the property was very clean and the staff was friendly and smiling as they worked . When on vacation is to relax So with tried our best to do that and not collect warnings along the way lol

Family Vacation

The location was perfect. Condo looked exactly like pics. However there was hair and used up soap left in master bathroom. A disgusting sock under a bed, and a dirty towel and washcloth left in another bathroom. The sliding doors also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Not so bad that I complained but hopefully the manager will see this and address. Overall, we had a great time though.

Great Stay!

Would definitely stay here again. We've always stayed at larger properties and I love that the amenities and location are the same without the crowded lobby, beach/pool area and parking lot.
