Family Vacation

Our stay was perfect! The listing was exactly as pictured, the location was great and the communication with the host was very professional. Our friends and family had an amazing time at this condo. I will definitely recommend this property moving forward and would even stay here again every time we are in the area.

Family Gathering

The property and location were outstanding with 2 exceptions - the icemaker had mold growing in the ice catcher and some of the refrigerator shelves were very dirty. We were very pleased overall and would stay there again.

Pure perfection

This place is gorgeous and very spacious! We absolutely loved the lazy river. The view was amazing as well. This was a special trip with my brothers,sister, and elderly mother celebrating my sister's last day of chemo and her cancer remission. A special place for a special trip. My only hang up was that the listing did not say we could not bring but 3 cars but luckily we were able to buy an extra pass from the property. Otherwise we had a great celebration and loved the property.

Great trip. Condo was as advertised. Balcony view was amazing and furniture was great. Weather didn't cooperate the best but that was ok as we got a chance to explore the area. Beach was beautiful as always.

Great stay

We were nervous with this being our first VRBO stay and through a rental agency-but it turned out amazing. There was great communication-lovely space, the whole property was clean and well maintained. The beach was perfect with full views of sunset and sunrises from our balcony.State parks were within 5 minutes of great trails-great for our little family. Loved the extra blankets and the kitchen stocked with lots of cookware. I would highly recommend this place, and especially for the cost, completely worth it!

We were extremely impressed with the condo! It exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. I have never been to a condo so fully stocked with kitchen needs! The beds were so comfortable and spacious. Our favorite was the balcony, the view, the breeze, everything was awesome! Booking it for next year again.

This unit was a blessing to get in. We took advantage of the fitness room and pool on the cool and rainy days. And took beach walks on the warmer days. The views are awesome from this corner condo. The master bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back.

However, with such a nice property it was unacceptable to have outlets, TVs, and garbage disposal that didn’t work. The outlet and TV problems were reported to our Sunset Property representative and maintenance was called. He said the TVs needed replacing but that didn’t happen. He didn’t even look at the sockets. We discovered the disposal problem on the last night. One of the closet doors would not stay on its track and was reported but nothing done.

Phoenix West 7th Floor, November 2023

Sunset Property which oversaw the rental was great. The condo is lovely and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. There is also a pack-n-play, stroller, toddler table seat, and several beach chairs. FYI, there were NOT twin beds as shown in the pictures and stated on the website. Also, the fridge ice maker does not work, but there is an ice maker near the bar area, so not a big deal. The pools, including the indoor “heated” pool, were too cold to use in early November. Also, the fine print says you only get 2 parking passes, but the 4 bedroom condos can get 3 parking passes. Call the Phoenix West office and verify for yourself if you are going during the high season. You can park on the 7th floor and walk to your condo, which is convenient, but it takes several minutes to drive up and down that many floors. If you hate parking garages, park on a lower floor and take the elevator. If any of the sliding doors are opened for more than 20 seconds, the HVAC system is programmed to turn off, so don’t think you can lay on your bed and open your balcony door to enjoy the sound of the waves without affecting everyone else in the condo. It’s a beautiful condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
