We enjoyed the location and the beach. We loved all the windows overlooking the beach. We enjoyed our stay. However, it is not in as good condition as the pictures portray. The unit does need some moderate maintenance/repairs. Bed was okay. Be aware that one bathroom doorway is very narrow and the other is narrower than a standard door. One suggestion I have is to add blackout curtains in the bedroom. The lights outside are very bright. The blinds and curtains were not enough to block out the light.

Worst place I have ever stayed.

By far the worst experience/condo I have ever been too. From the cleanliness of the room to the attitude and complete disrespect and rudeness of the management/workers. If I could give it zero stars I would. Condo was completely filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Smelled of mildew. Door would lock, headboard wasn’t attached to bed; was just leaning against wall. When I went to talk to management about it, they didn’t see a problem with anything that I pointed out and that I “saw the pictures.” They went on to give me a lecture about how the pictures are the room. No! The “pictures” are the pictures. When asked if they could accommodate us in another room, the told us “no. That is a nice unit and you are just gonna have to make due.” I then gathered up my family and my belongings, checked out and went some place else that was MUCH nicer and MUCH more accommodating. So much so that I told them of my experience, the management team of the Condo I went gave me their personal number and asked me to call them and made sure I had everything I needed. The Phoenix management team and Brett- Robinson should be ashamed. They basically just stole money from my family and I. If you even think about booking this condo, this unit or with this company, PLEASE!!!!! Go some place else. You will thank me. Trust.

Great Long Weekend

The Phoenix 1 was a nice and clean facility. The fitness room and hot tubs need to be updated to be more inviting and functional. Condo unit was very nice and comfortable. Great view of the beach and ocean.

Summer getaway!

The property was as described and depicted on the listing! The views were awesome, the beach was great and clean, location of the condo was great for shopping or eating out!! The bed in the master bedroom was super uncomfortable, it felt like a thin layer of padding on cardboard. The other thing that was noted to be a nuisance was that the door step the last morning we were there somehow flipped down when we left for breakfast and shopping, leaving our condo door 1/4 the way open…nothing was taken but still scary. One other thing is that the hot water on the kitchen sink and bathroom sink didn’t work, but the shower hot water did!! Thank god! Overall a great place to stay!

Amazing view!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! The condo was clean and tidy. We sat on the balcony area every day and listened to the waves. The check in process was easy and beach access was convenient. All we needed was in the condo including lots of towels. An added perk was all the games and books we found waiting for us to play or read on a rainy day in the tv console! This made out rainy day go by fast and we appreciated the games to unwind. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we were extremely impressed with the beaches and our condo. We will be back!

Our first trip to Orange Beach and it did not dissapoint!

The rental process was super easy. Check in was seamless. We got there before check in time but when the room was ready early we got a text message that we could come in and finish checking in. Meanwhile we were able to use the pool while we waited. The property is well maintained, clean and looks updated. The unit is close to the elevator and we never had an issue with parking.. Our unit was exactly as pictured. The decor was the perfect beach theme without being overdone. The kitchen was beyond stocked with anything you would need to prepare a meal. The unit was clean and well maintained. Plenty of bedding and towels. All the televisions worked. All of the furniture was comfortable except for the King bed. The mattress wasn't very comfortable , a little too firm . The fan/light over the bed had a lightbulb that would come in and out but we used the lamps on the nightstands.. Our son slept on the pull out chair lounger which was perfect for him! My favorite place in the unit was on the balcony sitting there watching the ocean. This was our first trip to this location and we enjoyed it. We would definitely return.

Great for price!

We stayed for a few nights in April. It was an awesome stay! The people working the front desk were super nice. The only negative were that if you checked in after 5pm you had to go to another building to check in but it was fine. Also, the phone that was in the room rang every 3 hours even during the night and woke us up. Overall though it was a great place to stay.

Mini spring break vacation

This was a wonderful condo to stay in. I couldn't find one thing wrong with the unit. If I had my way I would have a more private balcony. Unfortunately the way the building was built it doesn't allow for privacy. But other than that the stay was wonderful.

Enjoyed and Would Return

My sister and I spent a week in this condo unit on the 10th floor of Phoenix 1. Check in at the reception desk in the lobby was easy. The location of the unit was convenient, just steps away from the elevator. There were many guests - the parking lot full the week prior to Shrimp Festival. The furniture was clean, comfortable, exactly as pictured, although the area rug in the living room could stand to be cleaned. The king size bed was plenty big enough for us to share but the bathroom is a bit small to share. The primary negative about our stay was the balcony layout of the building. Our unit provided a lovely table with comfortable chairs as well as a chaise on the balcony, but there is very little privacy. Surrounding balconies with other guests are extremely close and they can see and hear everything unless you are tucked away in the corner close to the storage closet door. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this property.

Loved the beach and the view

Condo was clean and inviting. The place was pretty full but the beach and pool never felt overcrowded. There are only two elevators and they could be a bit slow. Here's the problem, and it didn't have anything to do with the staff or the facility. It was our fellow guests. EVERY single night there would be someone, and not always the same group, BLARING music down at the pool. It completely ruined our chances to sit out on the balcony at night and enjoy the full moon over the ocean. It took everything I had not to walk downstairs, grab Cletus' boombox and toss it in the ocean. A simple "No Loud Music" sign by the pool might go a long way towards making a stay at the Phoenix a bit more enjoyable.
