    Romar Tower is a beautiful 35 unit complex with many amenities directly on the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in Orange Beach, Alabama; you are minutes away from some of the best seafood restaurants, shopping, nightlife and activities for the entire family. This extremely large 2 bedroom 2 bath is 1200 square feet making it larger than many 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6 very comfortably without being on top of each other. This 8th story unit offers a balcony with one of the most breathtaking unobstructed views of the entire coastline.

    The complex has a pool with plenty of space to layout, outdoor gazebo, and grills perfect for barbequing. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches!

    This unit has hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, new bedding, and décor throughout. There is a sleeper sofa and loveseat and new bathtub in guest bath. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for any meal preparations you might plan.

    Our convenient touchpad door locks take the worry and hassle of keeping up with your keys. Free cable and private high-speed internet access via Wi-Fi is included. A stacked washer and dryer are located in the unit. Additional amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.
    The master bedroom has a king bed, guest room has a queen and there is a sleeper sofa and loveseat. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk and lamp located in the master bedroom.

    We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. We do not provide a blowdryer.

    * There is a beach chairs and umbrellas service providing rentals.
    * The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Overall great property, but for the money, should have been better. Certain appliances didn't work as they should. However, great view. Easy check-in and check-out process. Able to check-in early with help from the owner. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly. Absolutely recommend this property and will consider a repeat stay.

Enjoyed the week immensely! The view is amazing. The smaller condo complex kept the crowd smaller and easier to negotiate. The only suggestion we have is to have extra wash cloths for the bathrooms.

Excellent location, on the beach. Also, central to several restaurants and stores. Perfect view of the sunrise each morning. Property was clean, well-kept and stocked as advertised, no surprises.

Great stay

We always try to stay at smaller properties and this one was perfect! Zero complaints! The mattress in the master was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Would definitely stay again.

As soon as we walked in we knew that this was going to be a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and well taken care of. It was very spacious and was also in a great location. The balcony was very large and the view of the beach and ocean was magnificent.

This condo needs updating and deep cleaning. There were hand prints on the pantry and bedroom doors. There is dust and food/coffee stains on the kitchen cabinets. Dust build up on the bathroom vanity doors. Glass doors to the balcony were dirty. There was sand on the couch. Not sure how much cleaning had been done.

Great view

The condo was as listed and had a great view of the ocean with a large balcony. This building is smaller than the surrounding buildings which made for a much less crowded beach and pool area. My family would definitely stay again.

Great condo!

We loved this condo! Great location really close to a few good restaurants without having to deal with traffic, large balcony and great ocean view. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean and roomy. We liked the smaller building size and less crowded beach.

Amazing views!

So enjoyed the large balcony watching the dolphins and awesome sunrises. Even enjoyed watching evening storms! Looking forward to our next trip back!
