Wouldn't change a thing! The condo was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a great week. It was myself, my two sons and my 80 year old father. Being right on the beach was ideal. The balcony was ENORMOUS! And we loved the lazy river/pool area. We want to come back next year!

Phoenix West was Wonderful

The views were stunning, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Vivian was great to work with. This was a "girls' trip"...we vacation together at least once a year. We'll be back!

Very roomy

Very spacious unit. Covered parking near the unit (from the east end of the deck). Super nice view from the balcony. Only downsides: 1) Master bedroom is not ocean front, 2) Limited supply of towels (second day there we had to do laundry). Would definitely consider going back.

The best place to stay!

I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. It was absolutely beautiful. Location was great and the wave pool was great and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Just a beautiful place to stay we will definitely book next year for the same unit or something close to what we got. Loved everything about it!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect location for a sister's trip. The unit was clean and just as described. When we had a problem with one of the coffee makers, the management company had a new one delivered to us within hours. The property is beautiful. We were able to walk the beach in the morning, float in the lazy river or explore Orange Beach/Gulf Shores in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area in the future.

Think this is the 3rd year we stay in this unit. We like it. Spacious for 8 adults. When we arrived dishwasher had water in it. We did not use dishwasher at all. Also when we arrived 2 of the swivel chairs on the balcony were not working. Had to be propped up by wall in order not to tip back. Thankfully there were enough chairs to accommodate us. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo!

The condo is huge! Very comfortable for 8 people. Gorgeous view from the massive patio which had a nice breeze blowing in the evening so you could sit out and look over the ocean without sweating. Parking is ample and spacious. Good location overall that's just a few minutes drive from anything you'd want to do/see. Would absolutely come back. P.S. the ice machine in our unit was a huge bonus.

My grandchildren love the Phoenix. We have stayed there before in another unit. Unfortunately, the coffee pot did not work and the floors were filthy. The location was great. Whoever is in charge of upkeep on this unit needs to be changed. Overall, we had a great time.

Great luxury condo...but the carpets!

If you can look past the filthy carpets in the bedrooms this place is amazing. As a host myself I don't under why the owners/operator would let this beautiful luxury condo be held back for something as basic as carpet. Its such a quick and easy fix. Everything else in the unit is perfectly clean, and in overall good condition. The views out the windows in the living/dinning room space and the massive patio are perfect. Loved staying here with the one exception.

Great place to stay but needs at little upkeep

Loved this unit! Very comfortable! Only complaints are (1) some chipped paint on some corners, and, I can't make this one strong enough, (2) the carpets in the bedrooms need to be replaced with new carpet or given a deep, deep, cleaning (lots of stains).

Beautiful Condo

The property was great and the pools where amazing. The only down side was the WiFi it was extremely slow but didn’t need it much and kept some family from having to work so a win overall.

Orange Beach condo.

Upon arriving and seeing bedrooms, the beds were not as advertised on the site. I saw 2 kings and 2 queens. We had 1 king, 1 queen and 2 fulls. Carpets were really stained. Shower curtain in one of the guest bedrooms fell but was repaired after calls made. We really enjoy stay.

Great location...Beautiful view !

Loved the condo. The only reason for scoring down on cleanliness is the carpets in all of the bedrooms were very dirty, the icemaker was moldy at the top. Response from the owner was good in cleaning the icemaker; however, the dirty carpet couldn't be addressed while we were in occupancy. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.

Family vacation 2022

Excellent location on Orange Beach! The check in process was hectic and slow. This needs to change. Maybe have parking passes and armbands in the condo? Or have more people working the check in desk. We already had our code to get into the unit but we were forced to get in a long line of traffic to get parking pass and bracelets. Overall a wonderful week with family!

Great space and location

This is an excellent property for large groups. We had 9 people and all were very comfortable. Our only complaint is with the ice makers. The bar ice maker was filled with BLACK MOLD and the ice maker in the main freezer did not work. We called about this problem and a worker was prompt to come, and clean the mold but the amount of chemicals he used was frightening and we were scared to drink that. He said he turned the freezer on a the refrigerator but it never worked. We just bought bags of ice the whole time.
