Perfect location

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 6. Comfortable beds and everything we needed except for an iron and ironing board. The location was great. Close to restaurants, shops, Walmart, etc.

Spring break trip

Condo and location were great. Minor inconveniences with the secondary bedroom tv's and only one elevator working but otherwise it was a great stay. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Orange Beach.

Perfect property!

This is the 2nd year in a row that I have brought my mom and her 2 sisters to this location. The property is perfect for us. We have plenty of room, love the balcony space, and enjoy being center to most anything we need. The granite counter tops in the kitchen make it perfect. Only regret is we wish we would have started this tradition sooner!

Great Birthday Trip

It was my son’s 15th birthday and he wanted to return to Orange Beach. The condo we had rented before in Windward Point was not available. Although 1205 is not a corner unit, it served our purpose well. Most of the overhead florescent lights in the kitchen were out when we arrived. I reported this to the owner when he sent me a text to check on our arrival and to see if we needed anything. Liquid Life was there at 9AM the next morning and took care of the problem.

Updates Needed

The location and view are perfect. However, the living room furniture needs to be replaced. It is visibly dirty and not very comfortable. There were several pieces I would not sit on because you could see the dirt stains. My first night at the beach I dreamt about cleaning the condo and how much work that would take so I could enjoy the rest of my stay without the distraction. Also, the floors need a good cleaning. My daughter went bare foot and her feet were literally black on the bottom. With that said you cannot beat the view and the location of the property. I would also recommend that they replace the patio furniture with hightop versions that allow you to see a clear view over the railing.

A+ vacation

This is our group’s second year in a row staying in this condo. It’s the perfect size with a large covered balcony and great ocean views in LR and MBR. It’s in a great location near restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great Place for Family

This was such a great property for family!! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the outdoor furniture was comfortable and sturdy, the kitchen was well stocked, the check in and out was easy, the balcony is large, the layout is perfect for family with kids, I really could go on and on about how amazing this place is!! We had no issues at all, so we never had to contact the property owners, I did have a few questions about what was available in the condo before we left and the property manager was quick and friendly with a reply. The ice maker in the freezer takes forever to make ice, but the building sells ice out of a machine on the first floor so that was not a big issue to us. The outdoor pool and kid pool were fantastic and never too full even though it was a super busy week, and the indoor pool was a great reprieve when my kids didn't want to apply any more sunscreen. The beach is so close, an easy walk, even for my mom who just had a knee replacement 2 months ago. The beach chair set up people are a great addition, it is pricey, but well worth it. They worked with us on what days we wanted and where we wanted to be, didn't want first row closest to the ocean due to having a 1 year old and a 3 year old who were both scared of the ocean. All in all it was a great trip and we will be back to stay at this condo. This was our second time staying at Windward Point and we much preferred this condo due to the more comfortable beds and cleanliness factor.

Great vacation!

Great location on beach and near restaurants. Condo is spacious, clean and nicely furnished and comfortable. Easy checkin and easy parking (at minimal extra expense). Would definitely stay here again!
