Everything was PERFECT lots of comfy spots to sit absolutely love Everything about unit.There was no sand toys so i had left a set and couple other things i knew next rental could enjoy also. The couch is worlds best spot to watch sun rise. We have 4 units in building and already planning next year again

Hard to beat

This was our 6th time staying at Four Seasons. The pier is hard to beat. Location is perfect. The unit was spacious and all 3 bedrooms have a private bath.

Wonderful

We loved the location and the spacious condo. Our only complaint would be the mattress on the queen bed. But, overall it was an amazing vacation!

Softball vacation

Condo was had perfect view of the ocean with perfect accommodations for what our family needed. If we come back to play in Nationals Softball Tournament again we will be booking again.

The best in ease of check in/check out. Company reached out a few days prior and during stay at appropriate times. Suggest wifi code is either communicated in text or email or placed in a more prominent place in the condo. We had a great stay!

Return to my roots.

I use to have a beach house 3 houses down from condo. Fished off the original pier when owned by Judge Dunn from Montgomery.

Nice view!

This conveniently located condo has a nice view of the beach and is tastefully furnished.We enjoyed our stay…except for unexpected hassle when the lockbox on entry door stopped working: we were locked out for the better part of one day and it took multiple phone calls, 4 repairmen visits, and cajoling security guard to let us in 3 times….

Great private pier

We arrived really late the first night and it was nice to be able to go straight to the condo. The property management company sent good info ahead of time with door code and Wi-Fi. They were easy to communicate with over text. When we arrived there was no towels in the entire condo so we had to reach out and didn’t get to shower that morning. The building was rather old and could use some updating. They only provide very minimal items that you need if staying for a week. 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish pod, tiny shampoo, no laundry soap, no hand soap. It would be nice to have a little more of those items so you don’t have to buy larger packs at the store and waste as much. The kitchen was stocked with good pots and pans and plenty of dishes. No seasoning though not even salt and pepper. Overall the condo worked out good for our family. 2 bedrooms had large beds and the other had a daybed and a trundle bed underneath. There was a nice balcony with views of the ocean. The best part about this place was the private fishing pier. You had to use a code to be on it so it wasn’t busy at all. My boys love fishing so we bought a pole at Walmart. The beach was nice with perfect sugar sand and not too crowded. The weather was kinda strange and really cloudy and foggy the week we were there but still warm enough Pro The private pier Great views Nice beach Cons: Old building needs some updating Hallway areas were dirty needed sweep Expensive parking

Great Place to Stay but some Strict rules

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great for a family vacation. The complex was clean and well maintained and nicely furnished. I do wish they had some beach items that we could have used but it is not a deal breaker. We visited over the 4th of July and we had friends in the area and wish that they could have visited but security is extremely tight and would only allow only one car. Also the security team asked us if some beach items that were left in the corridor was ours (which it wasn't) and he was not very nice at all. I get it they have standards to meet but he was rude. The rules for the HOA were a bit rediculous. We got a parking violation for not displaying our room tag because we were displaying our handicap tag to not be towed for being in a handicap spot. I would recommend this condo and the company I rented from, however be prepared for some strict rules to follow from the Association of the complex.
