Perfect condo and property! Bed were comfortable and perfect for my family of 6! Pools were nice and clean! Elevators were fast, carts were helpful.

30 years old and it shows

AC and appliances were good. Dust on bath vent intake had not been cleaned in years. AC intake cover had a caking of dust on it. No linens were provided for sofa sleeper. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was furnished. Patio door would not lock. Batteries in TV remote were low and sporadic. About as average as a beach condo can be since it is over 30 years old....and it shows

Great little spot for family vacation!

The condo was equipped with everything we needed to get started with our stay. Great view of the water, easy access to the room and parking lot, and the gated entry to the property and room made it feel very safe. Good quick communication with the host as well

Tidewater 303

We have stayed at this complex several times. Our condo was exceptional & the best we have had here. Everything was as described and the host had outstanding communication w me. This condo is great for couples or 2 kids if bunk beds aren't a problem for them. If we go back we'll stay here again.

Great

Great stay; dryer didn’t work. I didn’t much mind that, but when I reported it, the property manager indicated that they would assist and then did not, thus 4 stars instead of 5. Great condo, great place.

A couple of things

Great location and unit. There was a mild mildew smell in the unit. Also a lounge chair for reading and relaxing on the balcony would have been nice. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Tidewater vacation!

Property manager was never there, so we didn’t have enough towels or wash clothes during our stay. Overall everything was good.

Love the location. Unit needs a little attention

Nice place but the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work and the large eye on the stove is messed up. There was sheetrock dust and debris all over the bedspread in the middle bedroom.

Great area

Loved the place we stayed, except one major issue. There was period blood (I'm assuming) in the master bedroom. On the pillow case and sheets. Had to use the one complimentary soap to wash them and the blood spots came out. Gross! Guess that means that we're not wash prior. One one extra sheet set which was being used for my kids ok the pull out couch. Carpet looks covered in dirt in living room. Would feel cleaner without it.

Condo needs lots of work, property management awful

Be cautious of this condo! The air didn’t work most of our stay. The condo needs a major upgrade and is very small. Much smaller than any other 1 bedroom we have rented. The property management company was awful to work with and I’ve still never heard anything on the solution for the air. If it is middle of summer you are looking at, don’t book this!

Overall review

The condo was great. Loved the location. Only complaint (used lightly) was the condo lacked very simple things that you expect when staying at a VRBO. Typically (Covid years included) there have been things light salt and pepper, coffee filters, trash bags in the unit when arrived. Every other time I've used a VRBO these little things have been on property. But other than that the place was great. Thanks for a great week!

Great view - needs attention.

Wonderful view on lower floor of complex. Overall the unit is tired and needs fresh update for furniture and kitchen supplies. Cleaning was not up to par and baseboards, bathroom shelves, ceiling fan etc. in need of a deep clean.

Beautiful space!

The space was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Checking in and out was so simple and was done via email and text. Liquid life checked in via text after our arrival to make sure we didn't need anything else. The pools were great and the view was spectacular! Our family is already ready to go back and we would definitely stay here again! Better than we expected!

Great apartment, awesome view and beach access

Well taken care of. Awesome views. Small building = less people and more enjoyable common spaces (a.k.a pool) Security on site, a nice woman who made sure building was amenable for all (I saw her ask some neighbors to keep the music down at night). The downside was that because of supply shortages they did not have enough towels or personal items like hand/bath soap BUT it didn’t affect our visit since I brought my own anyway

Awesome get away!

Loved the property! Gulf View was beautiful! Very clean! Very accessible to restaurants and things to do. Only problem we had was fan in the bathroom didn’t work and toilet whistle when flushed. Texted the property manager but never heard anything back.

Great location

Overall the unit was nice and clean upon arrival. Communication with the rental company was the biggest drawback. They did not send check in or check out emails, I had to call. Most frustrating was they were notified 3 times that the ice maker, coffee maker & bathroom fan did not work and never even came to look at any of it. The condo is perfect spot on the beach, small indoor pool. Outdoor pool is good size, but not heated.
