Nice condo in a great location. The only issue we had was no linens for the pullout sofas upon arrival. After messaging about this issue, linens were sent to the condo. It was somewhat inconvenient, but it was fixed fairly quickly.

Perfect Weekend Away

We have stayed in Orange Beach for several years; this is our favorite condo. Phoenix Towers never disappoints and this condo was exactly as it was described. The soft beds, extra towels, and a stocked kitchen made our weekend relaxing and stress-free. I was impressed by how well the property communicated and checked in on us during our stay. They went above and beyond. We will be booking again for our next trip to Orange.

The front desk people don’t treat you well when using Vrbo for booking and there are hidden fees

There was a hitting fee of $110 for two cars to park for two days and also the front desk people were is not very nice specially when they found out I was booking through VRBO instead of looking through them. It’s a hassle getting up to your room with everybody trying to get in the elevator at the same time. I can understand that problem a little bit but if everybody would get together and maybe split up the check in times it myself and that problem some…

Great times !

Great condo! Wonderful location right on the beach very close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. it was very helpful to have shopping carts and luggage carts available to bring everything up to the room. had a few minor problems when we checked in, which were taken care of very quickly probably the only downside I could think of is having to pay for parking ( 55.00 per car) and also having to pay for guest parking otherwise perfect trip.!

Definitely worth a repeat!

Loved all the updates and decor in this condo. Beds were clean and comfortable. Ample towels and bath necessities were provided! Balcony view and patio furniture were fantastic; we especially appreciated the high top table and chairs so we weren't staring into the balcony banister. As we left, we messaged about neither shower draining but holding water. This was true from our first night to our last but we didn't really want an intrusion for services while managing our toddler. This was kind of gross and I tried not to think about it too much. The light over the kitchen sink was also not working but we reported this, too. Other than these limited maintenance glitches we had a great weekend away and would use the space again!

Orange Beach Spring Break

Great condo, love the color and very beachy atmosphere. Was with my girlfriend, my teenage daughter and two of her friends fir their spring break. The sleeping arrangements were perfect, with queen bunk beds! The view from the balcony was awesome! Phoenix VII is close to everything within a 5 minute drive. Would rent again in a minute 👍

Well-equipped beachfront

Condo and complex were well-equipped for relaxing (spacious comfy couches), sleeping (cozy beds and linens), cooking (grater, muffin tin, boiling pots, roasting pans-this condo has it all), grilling (buy your own charcoal and grill pool-side), doing laundry (in unit), indoor swimming, pool-side sitting, pickle ball-playing, beach-walking, and all the things that make a wonderful vacation. Have only good things to say about this super sweet beach theme condo!

Great View

I arrived shortly after 3 PM on the day of check in. When I called Liquid Life the lady said the room had not been inspected yet but that she would check on the status and call me back. About an hour later I called Liquid Life again and asked why I couldn't get in the room that I'd already paid for. I then received the door code. The toilet in the second bath ran continuously so I guess the unit never did get inspected. I reported the problem at check out.

Perfection.

Everything about this unit was fantastic. Beds were super comfy. But the best thing was the recliner!! Perfect rest spot after a long day on the beach. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking, as we didn't go out much. I will book again for my family, as this was an adult trip for a concert at the warf.

Beach Themed Oasis

I loved this condo. I wanted to feel like i was at the beach and this condo did not disappoint. Great decor and attention to detail. I was with a large group and their rooms were dated, and ugly mismatched furniture, and I did not feel like I was at the beach in their rooms. I would stay here again.

The place was great , trash chute is right in front , I liked that , and thought it would be noisy but never herd it being used , place was clean , and room with bunk beds and bathroom was perfect for kids , patio furniture was awesome and very comfortable , Phoenix 7, has four elevators, so never have to wait long for one , except on a Sunday morning when a lot of people was leaving at the same time , only complaint is the ice machine on the beach level , that you can purchase ice bags for your cooler showed it had bags of ice in it , we swiped our card and paid the $5 for ice and there was no ice , and vending machine is not operated by Phoenix or managed by them , and there was no venders number on ice machine . Stay was great

Orange Beach Summer Vacation

Pros: 1. Location was great, right on the beach. Close to restaurants, shops and entertainment 2. Easy check in/out Cons: 1. Couch and chair in living room were FILTHY! Stained and brown from all of the dirt. Need to be replaced! 2. Main bed mattress was VERY uncomfortable and headboard was halfway detached from bed rails when we arrived 3. Shower in main bath was dirty/moldy 4. Kitchen lacked adequate utensils for cooking and very mismatched plates, coffee cups etc 5. Noisy neighbors (obviously out of control of property management/owner) Overall, property just did not feel clean. Very disappointed. Unfortunately won’t be back
