This unit is much much older than the pictures portray. It desperately needs to be deep cleaned, painted, repaired and furnishings replaced. Upon arrival, our unit had barely been wiped down and was beyond nasty. There was unidentifiable substances on the walls and ceiling that looked like dried spaghetti sauce or possible throw up. The drapery was torn in both the master bedroom and living room. There was salad plate size pile of red dirt in the master bath. The mirrors and windows were covered in handprints and the artwork from previous children that had stayed in the unit. Sand, hair and trash stuck in the corners from the previous guests everywhere. Some of the white bedding had large yellow stains. The kitchen appliances, light switches, doors and door framers were black with dirt/handprints/etc. I immediately started wiping everything down upon arrival and most of it came off with a simple cleaning wipe. It was lack of effort and standard cleaning measures that had obviously not been done in quite some time. I would not rent this unit again and I would require verification that updates and a deep cleaning had been done before recommending it to anyone. The silver lining is that Liquid Life went over and beyond to correct the error. They sent a cleaning crew and maintenance staff to correct the major needs within the first 24 hours of arrival. I was also refunded my cleaning fee. Thank you to Liquid Life for trying to make amends.
