Check in was a breeze. We were even able to check in early. Condo was in pretty good shape. Kitchen was amply supplied. Condo decor was very nice. Spacious and clean. There were a few issues… Master bedroom mattress was a bit sinking in the middle. There was a hole in the tile of one of the guest room showers. As well as some leaking from the vent hood in the kitchen. Maintenance was called and came to check vent hood. Nothing was repaired as she was unsure what the cause was. Overall would recommend but some items do need attention.

Great stay for spring break

Listing was accurate, view was spectacular. My favorite part was the private hot tub on the balcony. So nice to sit in peace to hear the waves below as the sun sets and outside temp dropped. Property was full of families like ours. Plenty of activities and pools on site for our kids to explore. We will certainly be open to staying here again in the future.

Amazing condo, responsive host. When we arrived there were no towels. Contacted host, and within 2 hours, two bags of towels were brought up. Property was clean, front desk was helpful. Overall, this was a 5 star vacation!!!

A perfect stay!!

There is no better place to stay in Orange Beach than Turquoise, and this condo did not disappoint in any way. Everything about this unit was perfect from check in to check out. Thank you for the opportunity to stay! We are looking forward to staying again soon!!

Safety

There were items like blankets not in the condo, ice machine quit for two days, towels were small and also TV not set up so we could watch in the bedroom. That could almost be expected. We watched the fire show with kids and had someone from a balcony we think accidentally dropped a camera stick in the reserve cabana area, it didn’t hit anyone. Then the other balcony was pouring beer off on to pageants and kids. Security was informed and this should be addressed.

Great Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because an hour before check in we were notified that the hot tub on the balcony could not be used. This was one of the main reasons we chose this property so this was disappointing. But, overall we had a wonderful trip.

The unit had somewhat of a musty smell and the bed in the master bedroom needs a new mattress. The mattress is sagging on both sides. It would have also been nice to have some comfortable furniture on the balcony.

Family Spring Break

The condo and property were very nice. The condo was even better than pictured, very spacious and accommodating for us. We would return to the Turquoise and this condo. One recommendation we would make: The check in process was later than expected and without the ability to get on the property early. Check in is 4pm and we did not get notified until 4:20. It would be nice to offer access/ a day pass to the outside amenities, as we had paid up front for the condo. These Iowa kids were ready for some beach time!

Nice place

The condo was clean and spacious for our adult family of five. The hot tub on the balcony was used daily. The grill on the balcony also was nice to have to cook in when we had a long beach day. I would highly recommend this Turqoise Place condo.

Love - absolutely recommend

We loved this condo and enjoyed our stay! We will be staying again for sure next year! Pros: Spacious condo - very luxurious Balcony view of beach Hot tub balcony Grill on balcony Master bed mattress so comfortable Cons: Nothing! Neutral side note: jacuzzi tub wasn’t working as they were waiting on a part to fix it - we were notified ahead of time which we appreciated and in no way did this affected our stay negatively. We also were texted from management to check on our stay- this was great feature! Made it it easy to send maintenance requests via text. We placed request for the grill - they came up that day and provided us a way to get it to light. Additionally placed a request for the vent not working in kitchen - they came up and had it working later that same day

Great Unit - Terrible Property Management

The property was wonderful (but under some construction, but that had minimal impact on our stay). If Liquid Life is still the management company running this property, keep looking. The Unit: The unit was super clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was also very nicely decorated, and the view was phenomenal, and the beds were super comfy. The property: These Turquoise Place units are large and luxurious with features many rentals don’t have. Which is why we booked Turquoise Place. The trouble was with the unresponsive rental management company, Liquid Life. Here are the items that weren’t working and never fixed during our stay: 1. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath 2. The Jacuzzi tub in the secondary bathroom 3. The outdoor grill By Wednesday when all texts were on repeat, “They (maintenance) never checked in with us, we will reach out and let you know.” Day after day, this was the response. The items fixed while there: 1. The secondary ice maker (the water was shut off to it) 2. The hood over the range where the buttons were stuck The hot tub on the balcony had been closed by the Health Department so we knew that wouldn’t be accessible. With TWO jacuzzi bathtubs, that didn’t matter until it did because BOTH didn’t work. In fact, the master tub leaked, and we had two loud air movers in the master bath running the entire week. At one point the balcony hot tub turned itself on. Now, this had been closed and was sealed shut. We called the emergency line. And the response was to turn it off. Concerned a hot tub running with no water in it was a fire hazard – and we let Liquid Life know via their emergency number – they did nothing. Spectrum Resorts came and shut that breaker off for us. When renting a high-end property, it really is a renter’s right to have the main things operational. Ours were not. No apologies from LL, nothing. A simple checklist of items (working/not working) prior to check-in by the management company could be employed to avoid ALL of these things. But when I spoke to Liquid Life prior to arriving, no one had seen the property or the unit. They take your reservation. The end. Unprofessional and unresponsive. Enjoy Turquoise Place. But don't rent from Liquid Life. You'll regret it.

Excellent trip to Turquiose Place

Extremely spacious 3br/3.5 bath condo in a great location in Orange Beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all very large and nice with 2 jetted tubs. Jacuzzi on the balcony was a hit with everyone. Enjoyed all the amenities including the bar/restaurant , lazy river and multiple indoor/outdoor pools , saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs. Woud def stay here again!
